The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Central London Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers don’t show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link. To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time. No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.
