Scam! We paid almost 400€ for the entrance and the transfer to the harry potter warner bros, but when we were there the tickets were not available

We booked tickets to Warner brothers studio Harry Potter with pick up and drop off. Yes we got picked up but when we go there no entry tickets. Looks like the company was a scamming company called “Jannah express Ltd” I called them, the guy ended up hanging up on me and then I called Viator and they said they tried calling but they were getting no answer and so they will email them. But this didnt help as I had came all the way from Scotland and was left stranded out side Warner brothers studio with no tickets to get in and in the cold. Viator told me they will wait for jannah express to email them back. Yes but what about me and my family who were stranded? Luckily I didn’t bring any small children. I would recommended for anyone to just book tickets from Warner bros studio themselves and dont go thru any other vendor to be safe.

We challenge your review. The "Excluded Section" in our booking details clearly says that admission and entry ticket is not included in our price. It is very clear in our booking details. It was your responsibility to check everything before booking. We didn't do anything wrong. We challenge you to face us in the court. If you have courage, please take us to the court and we will face that. Yes, we challenge you. Two questions to you: 1: Who picked you up from Stansted Airport on the 3rd of January? We did. 2: Who dropped you off at Stansted Airport on the 4th of January? We did. If we are scammers, why did you take our service to the airport on the 4th of January after your dissatisfactory tour with us on the 3rd of January? It was clearly your ignorance that you didn't check our Excluded Section in the booking details. Finally, we really do apologise for this unwanted experience and we would request you to remove your untrue and false feedback.

Major scam and I need my money back!!!

This booking was booked on a day when the venue was closed. We should’ve been informed that the venue is closed and the booking should’ve been cancelled accordingly. This almost feels like a scam and now I’m having a tough time getting my refund.

Dear, We are a very legitimate, legal and licensed company. It was your responsibility to check whether Harry Potter was open or closed on that day. We serve 24 hours 365 days through the year. We sent an executive car for you, the driver picked you up and dropped you off as well for both first and return legs. There was nothing wrong from our side. We really do apologise for the inconvenience.

Paid $585 for a Tour That Could Not Take Place

Viator should never have allowed this tour to be bookable. I paid $585.12 for what was advertised as a studio tour—only to arrive and discover the studio was closed. If a location is not operating, those dates should be blocked from selection, full stop. Leaving them open turns the booking process into a trap: customers are led to believe they’re purchasing access to something that simply isn’t available. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. It was a complete waste of time and money, and it put unnecessary stress on the day for my pregnant wife and me. The experience was frustrating, exhausting, and entirely avoidable. Viator needs to take responsibility for basic marketplace integrity. At minimum, this listing should be removed until availability is verifiably accurate, and Viator should implement controls to prevent operators from selling “tours” on days when the primary attraction is closed. Allowing this to remain live is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Viator’s oversight. I am requesting a full refund and a clear explanation of what Viator will do to ensure this does not happen to other travelers.
