Hotel Pick-Up: Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will come inside to meet you. Private Address Pick-Up: Please wait outside the main entrance of the property at the scheduled pick-up time. If your hotel is not listed during the booking process, please inform us at the time of booking or send us an email after your reservation is confirmed, and we will arrange your pick-up accordingly. Touring the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey. We thought we would get to do more but after driving to Windsor Castle and finding out it was closed left us little Time for anything. That was disappointing. Our driver however for great. He drove us through parts of London and shared background of London’s history.

A driver not a tour

I would not consider this a tour at all, rather a driver to landmarks you select via the city pass. Our driver was nice, but we missed one important stop and almost missed another because he wasn’t familiar with the hours of operation and didn’t help us plan our time so we were rushing to make it to the Tower of London Before it closed. We were disappointed with our experience.

What we saw was good. The tour guide was very nice and hospitable but didn't see anything we were to see

I asked to see the Churchill war rooms which I did get into see. Westminster abbey was closed traffic was horrible as a lot of roads were closed for New Year's Eve. I feel that the tour guide should have warned us that this day wasn't a good day to sightsee. Nothing we supposedly had tickets for were we able to see. So that was a waste of money. And did not receive a refund.

Tour was excellent. Driver was on time and very informed about London. Visited Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral. It was a wonderful full day.
