Operating Schedule: The tour departs at 7:30pm from Big Bus Stop #12: London Eye located on Westminster Bridge Road at the bus stop next to Lion Statue, outside London Marriot County Hall. Show your ticket to a uniformed Big Bus team member at the stop. Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your seat and ensure a timely departure.

- The London Evening Tour departs at 19:30 from Stop 12, located at the London Eye. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure, as the tour runs on a fixed timetable.
- The experience lasts approximately two hours and operates as a continuous panoramic tour, without hop-on, hop-off access.
- As this is an open-top bus tour, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather—especially on cooler evenings—and bringing a camera to capture London’s stunning illuminated landmarks.

It is cold. Branches to branches are low , stay undercover, a rough group of people used this - driver ad used offers dive lanquage and alcohol taken on board. The driver stated always the same… he offered to let us off with him another Country we felt he should’ve let the offensive people go off - this was an unpleasant experience. I don’t recommend it.

We totally missed the bus by 9 minutes. It was raining very hard and by the time we arrived to the starting point we were told that there was no way for us to catch up to the bus. I didn’t understand that it was a continuous 2 hour ride . I thought it was a Hop on Hop off but I was told it wasn’t. Very disappointed as we were traveling from the USA and we’re leaving the next morning.

Late to post about this one, but we lucked out with an excellent guide. It was difficult to find the pickup location, but once on the bus it was an absolute delight. Very educational and entertaining bring a jacket if up top because it can get chilly.

Nice way to see the city. The live guide was a plus as I was expecting recorded commentary via the earphones. Would recommend doing in the daytime as it was difficult to see certain things at night.

It was a no show- no lie! We waited in the rain for 45 minutes as a family of 4 for Christmas Eve and the bus never showed. The previous tour had to tell us no one was coming. The worst Christmas Eve experience ever with my family.

It was announced that due to road closures and issues with traffic our journey would go to London Tower Bridge and back. Had I been told this in advance I would have cancelled my trip. We were advised after the bus had begun its journey. An apology was made and we were told we could ask for our money back. Terrible

I loved viewing London after dark! It was a little difficult to find the meet up spot and our tour was delayed by 45 minutes since there was a massive queue that filled 5 buses before mine. That was the only reason I gave 4 stars. The ride itself went through all the best parts of London and the audio tour held lots of interesting facts. I got some great pictures during the tour too. I’d highly recommend this night tour even if you’d already seen London by day. The lights of the city are gorgeous.

I found it difficult to know where the pick up point was after I got tickets. We did not get on early enough to be in the open top portion of the bus which was as a main draw.

We’ve done the open top bus tour in London before but the night tour gives a whole new dimension. “Big Steve” the tour guide is a gem. His commentary adds a layer of fun while still being informative. The bus is never moving too quickly allowing for easy photo snaps, and Big Steve will ensure you’re ready for each photo op. Just a brilliant way to start your evening.

The person at the bus stop was extremely helpful, and the guide was great. We have used the Big Bus co. Previously and will recommend it. The only problem is that at the time the tour starts still light and can't see the lights. Maybe it should start an hour later.

When we showed up, the tour guide tried to talk me into coming back "tomorrow" for some reason. I suppose you get what you pay for. This got old quickly. Cheesy recording often times not synced with our location. Sometimes we were being giving information on something we had already passed.
Many people bailed out at stops before the end of the tour.

It was very disorganised at the meet up bus stop with staff not knowing what to do.
The tour commentary needs to be updated as it makes reference to the queen instead of the king

Ich hatte eine Tour für mich und meine Familie gebucht. Wir haben uns darauf gefreut. Also es los ging stellten wir fest das statt der mehrsprachigen Audiotour nur eine englische Dame eine englischsprachige Tourbeschreibung machte. Nun - wir sind deutschsprachig, mei jüngeter Sohn verstand gar nichts, selbst ich, der ich Englisch studiert habe musste mich höllisch konzentrieren um das Pausenlose schnelle Gerede einigermaßen zu verstehen. Vielleicht nett für einen native speaker aber für meine Familie ein Flop.
