The operator is nice. It is a very SMALL company. their competitors has more buses. There needs to be a sign as to where to wait. We had to walk back and forth between the buses to figure out which one is ours. It's relaxing. A little chilly in the non-covered parts of the bus. After a while, got a little boring but i did have a good nap. wish they allowed the name of the bus on the viator advertisement

Its a ripoff, walk from Leicester square to Mayfair instead

Saturday night, very heavy traffic, buses running late because of that, and route diverted to completely different than advertised. Only thing that was as supposed to be, was the top deck seats. Hence 2 stars. We got to see few christmas lights from far away, but to say the truth you can see much more much better walking 10 minutes towards Mayfair from Leicester square tube. Really never worth £29 per person.

Very disappointed as the tour I had at 8p was not being run. I could wait for a later one or get on the already full 7ish tour they would originally allow me on. I had to sit inside and the windows had glare and were dirty. I got no photos at all. It was okay but did not go down even half the streets the tour I took the previous night did. We were told about sights rather than heads up on side street lights. My recommendation would be to go on the historic bus instead.
