The Big Bus gets you close to 'most any place you must see in London. The recorded narration is good, although not all of the audio jacks are in working order. The brochure makes it clear that you cannot board a bus after 6PM. What is NOT clear, is that wherever you are at 6PM is pretty much where you'll end up, no matter how far from your boarding point.

We always use the Big Bus when traveling and have good experiences with it. While the tour itself was fine, we were a bit disappointed in the customer service at the stops. Every one we encountered was on their phone and ignoring people. It created a bottleneck when they needed to print out tickets. They should have been getting people’s tickets printed before the bus arrived to make it quicker.

Miserably slow going around. Lots of stops which was fine but several route changes that weren’t posted or mentioned on the tour. Audio wasn’t very good on some of the buses. Overpriced for what it is. Make the Tube your friend and save some money.

Amanda was a terrific guide and host. She really knew a lot of Munich history which was super interesting. My only regret was that there was no NA beer options which was surprising given the availability of NA beers at the Oktoberfest. If you love beer, this is a great tour!

Great overview of London and all the attractions.

This is a great overview of the city of London and all the attractions. It is very hard to understand the stops and the schedule but once you figure it out it works well. It takes a long time to get around because of all the traffics and stops but it a great break from all the walking. We loved to boat ride and our guides running the boat were very entertaining. I would recommend if you want to see a lot in one day and doing have many days to fully explore.

Scam Operation

Scam operation. Waited in line with other families only to have the bus leave us all standing there. Called Victor, who is part of Trip Asvisor. After spending a lot of time on the phone, we were told by a supervisor we would be rescheduled and that they would email us confirmation by the end of the day. No email confirmation was received. When we called back the next day, we were told there was nothing they could do. Now we are left to have to file fraud with our credit card.

Audio is terrible

The audio was not aligned with the sites and it kept repeating the same information. My husband was so annoyed that he took the headset off. For the price they charge, they could fix the audio and get rid of the lame attempt at humor, as well.

Very good used it for 2 says and took the river cruise , very useful for 1st timers , you see the best of london , only problem is the sudden changes in routes and jumping stops

Surprisingly Disappointing

The bus broke down, and we weren’t told about it for at least 15 minutes while stopped. Then at the end, we were waiting for 20 minutes only to be informed that the bus wouldn’t move for another 20. The driver pressed the destination buttons late, so we couldn’t really enjoy each stop. Left the tour to take the tube.
