The driver never showed up or answered his phone…. Such a disappointment for my family! We planned our whole day around this! They never even answered phone or responded . Waiting on $700 refund

Viator is terrible thwy do nothing for you. Our flight got canceled and we booked that layover tour. Though 24 hours in advance you can call and be nice ask them to move it for you they will say reaching out never get back to you then keep your money and say it was not 24 hours anymore. It’s a scam thwy tell you contact the provider who is the only chance I have to get a trip for a later date. As cool as this sounds go do your own thing you can spend more time at sites you want to go to and cab rides to 4 places was not even 1/3 the prices. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK
