It was very unclear exactly where the pickup would be on a busy street supposedly at 6 pm, yet closer to 6:30 pm. Gratefully we recognized a tour bus, different colour than told, and at the opposite end of a long park, we ran to get on before it left us after waiting 30 minutes. Guide, Cosa Carlos, was friendly enough yet opted to stay downstairs of a double decker bus, and use a speaker that none of the total 6 people, on the upper level, could hear... traffic was too loud and sound system weak. We were anticipating a street stop ti take pictures at Huaca Pucllana and instead saw it coming up on our left as we jerked around the corner. Upon arrival at gates to Water Magic Circuit Lima, we were all told to pay for our entrance tickets, that was clearly included in the Viatour description. We all had to scramble for money we weren't expecting to need. At 7:20 pm, the guide then pointed in the distance, where we should go for the show that would start at 8:15 pm, and to meet him outside the park entrance at 8:50 pm. The Municipality of Lima put on a great show of the history of Peru and this area, lasted about 15 minutes. We were glad to have gone to Museo Larco earlier in the day so we could grasp the Spanish narrated water show and program. This is a fabulous park for families and little ones and the shooting water fountains offer great relief in the heat. Very carnival like atmosphere. Our guide met us outside the Park Exit as promised, and escorted us to the bus stop where we waited another 20+ minutes for the bus to arrive. No commentary on the drive back, yet enjoyed the double decker bus view over the high walls on street level, and the close up views of the trees! We've not had a bad trip yet with Viatour, around the world, yet this one we'd suggest skipping and instead, Uber to/from on your own and pay the nominal price to get in.

First of all, our guide had informed us that the magical water park had been cancelled just before we left. We were very disappointed! We had left for a city tour only when, to our surprise, we saw that we finally landed at the magical water park. We spent about 1h30 and could enjoy a magnificent water jet show and a historic video broadcast through the water jets, really spectacular! Beautiful site, must see, duration of 3 hours with small city tour included with guide. Very lively and lively city, to discover.
