What a great day of trying various Peruvian foods, learning about the history of Peru and meeting new friends. Our tour guide, Diego Alonso was fantastic. He kept our group engaged and was very helpful when extra assistance was required. We have been on many food/culinary tours around the world and this was the best one we have experienced. And now we can honestly say we tried cows heart!

This was a great food tour! Our guide, Diego, took us to places in Lima we certainly would not have found by ourselves. The places we visited ranged from simple food trucks to a quite well appointed bar in a major hotel. We certainly got an appreciation for local Peruvian cuisine. All in all, well worth the price!

Best tour of my vacation in Lima! Yoced was incredibly friendly from the moment we met, and you could tell right away he really knows his way around the city and that he loves what he does. Do this tour! It was absolutely fabulous and a great introduction into the flavors of Lima on our first full day there! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was plenty of food with such great variety, and we saw so much of the city that we wouldn't have known was there!

We did the 12 snacks food tour in downtown Lima and it was truly the icing on the cake for our visit in Peru! What a wonderful cultural experience!!! Arturo was our tour guide and I cannot say enough good things about him! His English was very VERY good and he was a wealth of knowledge! I felt incredibly comfortable and at home the 3.5 hrs we were together walking the streets of Lima. I felt like I was talking with my brother as we discussed all the Peruvian culture and foods. We walked around the market and it was such a joy to feel like a local and do like the locals do! I didn’t want the tour to end, it was worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend! Arturo you’re the best they get. THANK YOU for a unforgettable day!

Exceptional experience with Joseph and the Peru taste tour in English. I’m Peruvian and I learned tons about my own culture, traditions, food and history. Joseph’s mastery of English is extraordinary so it made it very clear to all people attending the tour. He even agreed to help us after the tour was over, with a visit to the San Francisco church and the catacombs. Joseph goes well beyond what’s demanded from him. Six stars if I could. And you get your bang for your buck. We couldn’t eat at all given how full we were after eating all the tastings earlier. What a great experience that was.

This is a wonderful food tour! So much great good, there is no way we could eat everything. Our guide, Giovana, was fabulous! She taught us so much about Lima during the tour. She went out of her way to spend time and talk to each of us personally during the tour. We especially loved that she purchased several fruits from the market that most of us had never seen or heard of, then cut them up and let us sample each of them. This tour was such a good value. We take a food tour in most of the cities we visit, and this was one of the best!

I can't think of a better way to spend a half day in Lima! Our guide was very knowledgeable. He had a flip book with pictures and maps. Much of the content was about what we were eating, but he also told us a lot about Peruvian history and current events. And the food was DELICIOUS! He took us to spots that I wouldn't have wandered to as a tourist. It was hit after hit. Most of the stops were street vendors, but there was an actual restaurant for the ceviche and pork sandwich. I loved trying so many exotic fruits from the marcado.
