The water fountain park is pretty cool especially the lighted laser fountain show which is on the hour at 715, 815, 915. A booked tour really wasn’t required. Nothing was bad but it’s only $5 pen for entrance to the park. We paid for the transport to and from which turned out to be a car/driver that didn’t speak any English to try to find the guide at the park entrance. The guide just brings you to the fountain show and then you have less than an hour to explore. There is a separate area called the Cherry Blossom fest and this is mostly neon lighted displays and photo backdrops. There are lots of extras for kids, train ride, bouncy castles, games, ride ons etc but each costs extra. There isn’t any time to do any of these on this tour though. Nothing wrong with the tour but you didn’t get much time and would have been much less for an Uber and buying tickets there.

I want to clarify that the entrance fee to the park is indeed 5 soles per person, and as you noted, there are several convenient options for transportation, including taxis, combis, and the Metropolitano bus to reach the Circuito Mágico del Agua.
Regarding the driver who assisted you to your hotel, I can assure you that he is a qualified professional registered with the Ministry of Transport and Tourism. However, I understand that it can be a challenge, as many drivers in Peru do not speak English.
As for the tour guide, we take this matter seriously and have taken the necessary steps to part ways with him due to his failure to meet the minimum visit duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. We genuinely regret that we fell short of your expectations in this aspect.
Please know that we are committed to improving our service and ensuring such issues do not arise in the future. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back during your next visit.

Great tour the water park. Great hitsorical knowledge by Pamela. Understanding the meaning of each fountain made it so much more interesting that just walking thru on our own. Great lob!

The history of Peru projected onto the water spray was very impressive. Our guide, Mabel, provided us with a great background throughout our evening that made the show very easy for us to follow. Mabel also shared with us the personal experiences she had growing up in the mountains of Peru, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It made the night even more special.

Maybelle (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was just absolutely amazing!!! She was a great guide providing good perspective on the history of Lima and how that was connected to the water park and the significance. She was very friendly, helpful, responsive and with amazing energy. I'm glad I did this experience with her. You won't be disappointed with this experience, specifically with her.

It was just two of us me and my daughter was in thsi tour, our pickup time was sharp 630pm , after we got picked up Mavelle - our tour guide, you can see her in very first picture took us to the magic fountain park. It was too colorful and as she started explaining story behind each of the water fountain - i was amazed. In no matter of time, she became our good friend, we three ladies had a wonderful evening !!! the fountain show was awesome.
Though there is a say that this was copied from Belagio, in LV which I visited earlier in 2023, but I found this one is the best. One must have this show and experience those colorful fountain dancing alover.

Our tour guide Mabel was amazing! She answered all of our questions and ensured we had a great time, took pictures for us and showed us the best photo locations. Very informative guide, letting us know what to look for ahead of time and explained the history and significance of each display. I definitely recommend this tour! 😊
