I would definitely recommend the transportation service. The driver was on time with a nice personalized sign waiting on us at the airport. He was super kind, and I felt safe during the entire ride.

I couldn't get ahold of anyone to confirm the booking details. Finally was contacted by the driver upon arrival in Lima, and we ended up waiting an hour for his arrival. Could've paid less and been at our hotel sooner using a cab from the airport. Particularly frustrating because we were coming off an overnight flight with two small children.

The driver was kind, friendly, polite and attentive. My arrival was 3::05 am and I was a bit nervous to ride with anyone at that hour. But I was glad that I booked a head of time with this company Travelcab. The driver picked me up at the arrival gate, verified from my end and his end before walking out of the airport. I arrived at my hotel smoothly and safely. Definitely recommend the Travelcab.

We were very impressed with this car service. Our flight from Miami to Lima was delayed twice. Our arrival time was moved from 10:30pm until 5:30am. We were able to stay in touch with our driver, Albaro, and advise him of changes. A driver was waiting for us as we walked out of baggage claim with a sign in hand. We were exhausted. He was very pleasant and very helpful. We will definitely use Viator car service again. and refer it to others!

When booking they asked for our flight number, not the arrival time. Then they calculated our arrival at 6:30 pm instead of am, so no one met us at the airport. We had to call the office. They got us another driver within 20 minutes, but it was a mistake on their end that caused us to have a frustrating arrival.

This is by far, the most unprofessional car service I've ever dealt with. Our flight arrived on time, but customs in Lima took 2 hours to clear. I was not contacted by the vendor. I tried to contact them, but the guy on the phone didn't speak any English. It turns out, that they left the airport, if they were ever there at all, because they were tired of waiting. After looking for our driver for many minutes, I found a helpful bilingual lady, that talked to the operator, who said that he would send the car back for us. 30 minutes later, there was a young man who said he was there to pick us up. he took us to his car. It was pretty obviously a families' minivan, that still had kid's stuff in it. The Driver had trouble getting the GPS info to the hotel. The cell phone wouldn't attach to the dash, and her tried to keep it on his lap, and then several times it dropped to the floor. My GPS would keep suggesting quicker ways to the hotel, but he was reluctant to follow my navigation. Eventually, he took us to a hotel with a similar name, but it wasn't our hotel. fortunately I was able to redirect him to the correct one using my phone. Overall a horrible, unprofessional service!

Our plane was early but passport check took forever. The driver called but we could not communicate via phone due to my lack of Spanish. I had to text him with google translation to make sure he did not leave. As the customer I should not have to. He should have texted me. Secondly we had two large suitcases. We are a family of four. He did not bother to take any suitcases case nor put them in the vehicles. My husband did all the work. Third the price changed. Originally when I purchased it was a different price from what was charged.

We booked this service for an airport transfer and had a great experience. Communication about the departure time was simple and easy — we just added it in the notes. About 30 minutes before pickup, we received a live tracking link for the driver, which made it very convenient to be ready when he arrived. The vehicle was spacious and clean, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We would definitely use this service again if the opportunity comes up.

The driver was not waiting when I arrived. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for him and had to call customer service twice. The reason I booked this private transport was so that I would have an easy and non stressful pickup from the airport - and that was not the case.
The only reason I even gave two stars is because the driver did get me to my accommodations safely.
