Our driver communicated very well with us through What’sApp and so did the company to notify us the driver was on the way. He was very nice, arrived early, easy to find, and helped us with bags. Highly recommend. Would use again.

They sent an email in the middle of the night asking for pick up time which was already given. We needed a ride at 4 am. They never showed, we had to arrange a taxi last minute. I asked for refund and never heard back from them at all, very poor service

There is a fair amount of uphill walking at Pachacamac to see the pyramids but certainly worth the effort.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were delayed at immigration much longer than expected, but our driver stayed and waited for us. He contacted us to let us know where to find him and reassured us he would still be there despite the delay, which was very comforting after a long flight. The car was spotless and the ride was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this service.

I paid for a 3 row SUV with air conditioning pickup at the Lima Airport. I did not request a cheaper sedan due to mobility issues my wife is dealing with. Neither of us speak Spanish and the driver did not speak English. The vehicle provided was a sedan, not an SUV. The driver did not have the AC on but opened the windows. I texted Travelcab Peru to let them know I was not happy that we were provided a sedan with no AC. The response was an apology and they would look into the issues and make it right. They must have called the driver because he turned the AC on and closed the windows which was more comfortable due to the heat and humidity. Subsequent texts to Travelcab have not been answered even though they were going to review the issues and make it right. The price difference is less than $5 CAD. The larger issue was the inconvenience and hardship my wife endured entering and exiting the sedan due to her disability.

Service was excellent. We were picked up at 3:30am for our international flight, and I was very worried because of the early hour. No problem at all! Our driver texted us about 3:10am to let us know he was almost there, and was waiting for us by 3:20am. Car was clean and as advertised - 3 row, comfortable SUV.

We landed on time at Lima airport and got through passport control quickly as everything was very efficient. Our bags were also came through quickly. Disappointingly though there was no driver waiting for us as we entered the arrivals hall. The first contact we had was 20minutes after we landed after another taxi driver kindly called the contact number provided by Viator. It then took a further 5 to 10 minutes before our driver arrived. Lots of other drivers waiting with signs who had obviously progressed the flight their customers were arriving on. Not what you needed after a travelling for 20 hours. Disappointing and unprofessional. Journey to the hotel as expected with heavy traffic.

Overall it was a good experiences. But to be honest, it did concern me when the driver was going 40 in an 80 zone and everyone else was honking at him. Drifting in and out of lanes was also a little nerve wracking.
