Great experience, they run on time. The bus was clean and in great condition. I do have to mention the smog from the city is a bit strong at times.
We had a great experience from beginning to end! Jose Carlos was great on the bus relaying information in both English and Spanish. Jasmin was great on the city walking tour ensuring we stayed together, got all the information of what we were seeing, and answering all of our questions!

On behalf of the entire team at Turibus, thank you for sharing your experience. Our guides work hard to deliver high-quality tours, so we are very glad that Jose Carlos and Jasmin's excellent work stood out during your visit. We hope to welcome you back in the future!" 💛
It took 90 minutes to get from Miraflores to the historic district all to pick up a shortened tour. We could have just met at historic and done a private tour. The touribus did not add to the experience. The tour guide said little to nothing of the 3 stops we made.

Dear Maria,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your frustration regarding the traffic from Miraflores and the time spent on the bus. We also apologize if the tour guide did not provide enough information at the stops. This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver. We are sharing your comments with our guide team to improve our service. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and give you the experience you truly deserve. Best regards
Is really good! The tour guide Melissa is the best!!! We enjoy the tour. They take you to the best places in Lima.
It's a great way to see Lima for the first time (or even a second time around for me). Having been to Lima 16 years ago, it was nice to see how some of the places I've been to have stayed the same and how some have changed. Since I was the only English-speaking person in the group, I got to be treated to a special tour with Juan Carlos(?). Instead of going the usual route like I've been to before, I asked him to take me to the not-so-visited parts. Also, we recreated some photos I took from 16 years ago in the main plaza. It was a total highlight!
They took us around the city and the lady tour guide gave us a tour of museums! I really enjoyed this!

"We're so glad you enjoyed it! It was a pleasure showing you around the city and the museums. Hope to see you again soon!" 💛
Very good way to learn about Lima. The bus audio may be too low. If you really want to hear well, bring your own headphones.

"Thank you so much for your feedback! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed learning about Lima. We apologize that the audio was low, and we appreciate your tip regarding the headphones. We will share this with our team to improve the experience for future guests. Hope to see you again!" 💛
Melissa was an excellent walking tour guide! Very knowledgeable and professional. I think the tour was worth the money and the time.

"We appreciate your feedback! It’s great to hear that you found the tour worth your time and money. Melissa is a valued member of our team, and she’ll be thrilled to read this."💛
We got lost getting to the pick up point in the morning and missed the start of the tour. The staff at the office very kindly rescheduled our tour to the afternoon which was much appreciated. The bus tour itself was ok, the commentary in both Spanish and English came thru loudspeakers which was not ideal as with the noise of the bus engine and the tooting of horns from nearby cars (very frequent in Peru it seems) we didn’t actually hear a lot. We then had an included walking tour of downtown Lima with Melissa (might not be correct spelling). It turned out that we were the only participants which was very nice. Melissa was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to all the main attractions and provided information about them as well as life in Peru. Thank you Melissa.
We enjoyed our tour to Lima, which included a one and a half hour walking tour of the historical center. Our tour guide was amazing and helped us navigate a very busy historical centre given it was a national holiday. There was so much more to see than I had imagined. Lima’s historic centre is quite grand with most of it accessible on a pedestrian path. It was New Year’s Day, and everyone was out celebrating. I think we would’ve been lost without a guide. The bus to and from the historic centre was comfortable, although some conflict arose about seat switching, which had nothing to do with the tour company, but some very arrogant tourists on board became extremely aggressive and antagonizing to all the Latino tourists on the bus. My children and I were quite shocked and everybody was very uncomfortable with their aggression. This is not reflection on the company. We were on the upper deck and the guides were on the main deck.
Good experience to get to know the areas and some history. Especially loved the Pisco taste testing. The bus was very fun, and mostly open air but with a roof.
The date changed on the website and Viator kept saying different answers on there ability to help us. We were able to contact the tour company directly and work it out. Tour guide was very fast and a few of our guests couldn’t keep up. We were disappointed!
Wonderful experience. It was informative and interesting to see the sites and the museum I would. Recommend it to everyone.
Very nice tour. Our guide Marisa is excellent. Very knowledgeable. The Snta Rosa church is exceptional. We also were able to walk around the main city square.
Not well organized, we were left stranded in city center. Didn’t get to do the visit to San Domingo that was paid for, and missed part of the experience. Guides didn’t know how to communicate very well once we had an issue with a protest happening in the historical center, made some of us randomly get out of the bus and walk for blocks in the middle of police and protesters, not really telling us much. I ended up feeling unsafe and took an Uber back to my hotel.
This tour was informative and good. Our tour guide Joseline was nice. We were able to buy souvenir downtown and she took awesome pictures!!
The coach stopped for a 1 1/2 hour's walk and information with a Guide. We did not want to walk around the square we were stopped at - not a very interesting place. However I am now wondering if that walk included seeing the Palace, 'Changing of the Guards' etc?. No details were given to us, so we remained on the coach and returned to Miraflores. Not a very interesting trip at all.... we were VERY disappointed.
The bus ride through the city provided some information about Lima. The walking tour was a little more interesting, but we still did not get as much information as we would have liked.
Great overview of city. The tour guide was extremely friendly and quite knowledgeable. She is a true ambassador and knows how to treat her guests.
Nice way to get a quick glimpse of Limas history in a short span of time. Special call-out to the guide Marissa ( For English audience) , who gave me a detailed explanation of history and culture of Lima during the trip. Thank you for the awesome experience! Will recommend to anyone who wants to get a quick tour of Lima City.
It was fun to ride the double decker bus from the Miraflores district to the historical center and back while having hearing a narration of the buildings and areas we passed by. Once at the historical center, we went with our guide Elizabeth who provided detailed explanations on the sites and was very patient with ny elderly parents who needed a little more time walking around. This was not a hop-on/hop-off tour but it worked well for my family with limited mobility to see the town without rushing into and out of the bus.
It was a Good balance of tour by bus and then tour by foot! Tour guides were kind and accommodating.
The woman who did our tour was quite amazing, and we were able to see lots of different historical and modern areas of Lima. This was a great first activity to get the vibe of the city, with lots of options to see churches, shopping areas, and other sites. Tours were in both English and Spanish, and very interesting, but not too boring. Only complaint is that the tour was in the same bus as the hop on hop off tours, making it a bit confusing, but with the help of the guides we were ok.
There is a walking tour towards the end of the excursion and visits to an archeological site important buildings and places
Very knowledgeable guides, we loved the city.
Old city has so much to offer but you need someone to point it out. This tour does just that.
A big portion of the panoramic bus tour was spent sitting in traffic with a tour guide not saying a single word. Although, I’d see that time as a good opportunity to provide various information about Peru in general, Lima, history, people, traditions, favorite dishes, etc., etc.
The whole tour is great and you will learn a lot. There was a pisco/ wine tasting on the way back, which wasn’t mentioned.
Absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed this experience. Bus was right on time. Professional staff. Get to see the authentic Lima in a safe environment. Great way to see the city.
If you’re traveling during the holiday weekend, Easter in particular, expect a very large crowd.
The tour and the tour guide were very informative. Especially enjoyed the historical architecture of the cathedrals.
I highly recommend this tour upon arrival to the city. It’s packed with exciting places that are both historical and beautiful. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we had ample time to get pictures and purchase souvenirs. The views combined with the on and off experience on the bus was icing on the cake!
