The whole day trip was amazing. Diego was a great tour guide who was very informative and personable. Met great people along the way, now I have people to visit around the world. The highlight of the day is the sandboarding and speed dune buggy. With breathtaking views and your adrenaline rushing as you slide down the steep hills, you realize that waking up at 6am to meet up at the bus at 6:45 was all worth it. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Peru looking for a day adventure. 10/10!

I had such a fun time. My highlight was seeing the penguins and the dune buggy. Kat was also such a great host and tour guide. I would definitely recommend.
Make sure u take water it is hot and no water given.it was a long day but good day.activities go fast
Where do I begin, from start to finish this trip was phenomenal. I came to Peru expecting all the good activities to be in Cusco but I was so wrong. Huacachina has to be one of the most magical places I’ve ever been. Make sure to include the sunset experience, it was more than worth the upgrade.
The tour guide Marjorie and Alonzo were very nice and helpful at all points.
Please note the dune buggy ride is for Adrenaline junkies. I was holding on for dear life at some points.

Boat trip to the islands very nice, was able to see penguins, sea lions, thousands of birds. Sand boarding was fun. The dune buggys were fun, however a little crowded since they put 4 people to a row of seats. Would have been more comfortable with 3 per row instead. The vineyard I honestly thought was a waste of time. They take you there to get you to buy an overpriced lunch and then give you a few tastes of the alcohol made there to get you to buy their product. No one explained the process of making the alcohol. Our guide Katherine was very informative, helpful and had a great personality. It was a very long bus ride though and without the vineyard 'tour' would have been a great trip.
It has a god value for money, a lot of experiences in one very lond day, but it worth. The guide, Pablo, took care of all of us so well the whole tour. Penguins and buggies in one day. Totally recommended.

Little late start but made up for time.
Little to long of a excursion for what I'm use to but based on distance it's understandable.
Information could be given a little clearer before wasting my money on entrance fees for some places I thought we're included.

This tour was absolutely amazing. Pablo, our tour guide, was great and explained everything very well. The first stop, where we got to go on a boat and see wildlife was great. Our group got very lucky and got to see a humpback whale and her baby up close. The lunch and pisco tasting was also very nice. The final stop at huacachina was definitely the best and something I will never forget. The ride in the dune buggy is exhilarating and the sand boarding was so much fun. It is a very long experience but 100% worth it.

Very good organized tour. Pedro was fantastic. We saw all interesting places and we had very good time.
It was an unforgettable experience. The views and places we visited were so nice and picturesque. Our guide - Lorenzo was extra nice, very accommodating and very knowledgeable of the places. Over-all, it was a great experience.
Beautiful tour! They truly deliver everything they promise. Breakfast and lunch were great, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. It’s not gourmet dining, but honestly, for the price, it’s fantastic — generous portions, good variety, and totally worth it!
I think in every tour communication, patience, and understanding is key to make the tour itself worthwhile. I was impressed by a lot of things about this tour, but one thing that stood out with me was their communication with the travelers. Day before the tour, I was welcomed with a heartwarming message along with the expectations desired for each traveler. The day of the tour, immediately, I was informed of the itinerary and a fun message of cautionary explanations. Every step of the way travelers were informed of any delays as well as time limits for each stop as its a full day ahead which was expected. Despite the tight schedule, I did not feel rushed. I guess its a matter of following the rules and just minding that there are other people in the tour that you wouldn't want them to wait for you or delay the tour because of you. I highly recommend this tour if you haven't experienced sandboarding and dune buggy. Very worth while especially that the guide and dune buggy drivers were knowledgeable in what they do. I'll give this tour a full mark of stars.

What an amazing day! Katherine and Juancho were awesome guides. Friendly and welcoming. I cannot believe we had so much packed into our day for such a great price! Although I was physically unable to participate in the dune buggy and sandboarding adventure, my partner was and I was able to relax and enjoy the beautiful oasis. It was a great day!

Sand boarding is now one of my favorite outdoor activities
Pedro was a wonderful guide, he met us at our pickup spot, walked us to the bus and did the same when it was time for drop off. He ensured everything ran on time. We had a great time observing the penguins etc, trying Peruvian cuisine and pisco. My favorite part was riding the buggies on the sand dunes. Highly recommend this experience!
Great day trip. Pablo was our guide and fantastic. Highly recommended. Our kids, ages 10 and 7, loved the sandboarding and dune buggy rides.
It's a must-see, you absolutely have to experience it. Juancho did an excellent job as a guide, and that was appreciated!

What an amazing day, so many experiences! Our guide Pablo was amazing, so friendly and kind natured even after a very long day working for him! Started off on a comfortable bus with reclining seats for our drive to Paracas, all aboard a boat and we saw a baby humpback whale jumping, dolphins, sea lions and lots of different birds, great experience, then to a lovely lunch, definitely enough choice available for everyone and then the pisco tasting (delicious!) back onto the air conditioned bus to huacachina and definitely didn’t expect to be so so amazed by this. Definitely upgrade to the dune buggy rides, there’s some reviews to say they are “not safe” but I definitely felt very safe, you are strapped in very well and have helmets secured on. This experience and seeing the dessert from the buggy rides was definitely a big highlight from our whole trip!! We had people from all ages in the group taking part too! Definitely an unforgettable day all around and would recommend it to everyone. Seems like a long day but completely worth every second!

This trip covers two completely different activities. A 2 hour boat cruise and 2 hours in the desert. The trip has a very early start 5:30am and a 8-9 hour round trip by bus. During the boat cruise to the Ballestas Island we saw the candlebra on the mountain and a couple of sea birds. However we were not so lucky to spot penguins, sea lions and seals due to El Nino effect which had warmed the waters causing the fish to disappear and the animals that depend on the fish
We then stopped for lunch at a Vineyard and had a chance to sample different types pisco sours.
The last stop was the Oasis of Huacachina where we got to ride 50m dunes in a buggy finishing off with viewing the sunset from the top of the dunes and some more pisco sour. The only disappointment was we could go down the sand dunes on a board just once during the 2 hour trip. Most of the 2 hours were spent riding the dunes on the buggy. The tour ended back at Lima around 1130pm. So be prepared for a very long day. The guide Luis was bi lingual explaining in English and Spanish.
I would recommend visiting the Oasis of Huacachina if you have never done dune bashing in Dubai or any other desert place. Ballestas Islands would have been interesting if it was nor for changing weather patterns.
All in all a enjoyable but very long day.
If you’re expecting a “premium” experience, this tour isn’t for you. Big bus, packed of people (about 50 or so)… nevertheless, Pablo (our tour guide) and Wenseslao (our driver) made it so enjoyable and well coordinated that my teenager daughter and me, that we forgot the crowd.

This was an amazing experience. Pablo the tour guide was awesome he kept the vibe up for most of the trip, and he was very informative and knowledgeable about the area.
I did this beautiful trip with my spouse and it was awesome. We had a lovely bilingual tour guide, Deigo!! Deigo was very informative and friendly. We had a smooth trip, I felt very comfy and safe the entire time.
Pablo and driver Alito were amazing keeping us all together and safe! Pablo’s enthusiasm was perfect for a long travel day. Bus could have been a bit more comfortable with cooler air and windows that don’t rattle. Curtain in the crakes helped. Pablo also did fantastic job with having food ready through app ordering.
Felt a bit rushed though the day when off bus. Would have liked to be able to stroll more.
*Be prepared to walk uphill and in sand when bus can’t enter dunes.
Genuinely probably the best experience of our life, shoutout to Pablo for making this experience so memorable. We were on a comfortable bus, took a boat ride tour to see sea lions & penguins, did pisco tasting and lunch at a winery, then did an optional sand bugging & boarding. It was set up in a way that we were able to meet and connect with other people. The sand bugging was quite the thrill, so if you like roller coasters, I highly recommend. Thank you Pablo for keeping the energy high no matter the circumstances. We sincerely appreciated you!!
Everything was great. All the guides had a great experience. The tour is intense between ocean and desert. It’s a unique experience.
Juancho’s energy was infectious, and he had an incredible ability to rally everyone and get people excited. He made every part of the trip feel special and filled with positive energy. He remained poised throughout the entire tour, making the experience feel seamless, engaging, and enjoyable from start to finish.
