Top Lima Private Sightseeing Tours

This is the BEST trip from Lima to see both the oasis and Nazca lines. Our driver, Felipe, was incredible at navigating traffic and creating a smooth, pleasant experience. He is also very knowledgeable and helpful and punctual. We enjoyed chatting with him and our guide. Our guide, Ronald, made sure we had a smooth day and was so informative about Peru, about our locations, and handled everything from the tickets to taxes to lunch to making sure we were on time everywhere we went. The itinerary is also phenomenal as we could start at 6:00 am instead of 4:00 am like other tours. We were also back just before 8 pm as opposed to 10 pm as other tours. We never drove for more than a few hours without a break and the day was broken up nicely so we didn’t feel like we spent too much time in the car. Ronald also was our photographer and videographer while we did the sand dunes tour and he did an amazing job capturing the fun of sand dune surfing and the beauty of the oasis. I truly cannot say enough about this experience as my husband and I had the best time. I recommend pants and long sleeves (hiking/sun clothing) for the sand dunes tour to protect against sand and sun. I also recommend a neck gaiter or handkerchief to cover your nose and mouth during the sand dune part. Those were so helpful. The Nazca flight from Paracas City meant we didn’t have to drive 6-7 hours one way to see the Nazca lines. We were able to see 2 major attractions (Huacachina Oasis and Nazca lines) and still only be gone for around 14 hours as opposed to 18+. Some of the group tours of both are actually 2 days which is fine if you have the time. We did not, so this was the best choice for us. Additionally, we enjoyed the visit to the vineyard and the short tour of how the wine and pisco are made. The tastings were fun and informative. The lunch there was very good as well. We had a pisco sour there that was excellent! Truly, this was a remarkable day and worth every bit the amount it cost. When you consider the time saved and the personalized experience, it is absolutely worth it! HUGE thank you to Ronald and Philip (Felipe) for making it a wonderful day!
