- This is a group tour led by an English-speaking guide. Participants who speak other languages can request a written booklet in their preferred language during the booking process.

The driver was excellent and provided great information at each stop and comminuted via WhatsApp during the tour which was great. He also gave recommendations including places to eat which we did and was very pleased. My score doesn’t reflect the driver but the experience. We felt underwhelmed by the drop off points for example the Fenicular is lovely although the area to look around felt extremely touristy, this was the same feeling in the town. We weren’t impressed with the thermal pools which were busy and full of children despite it not being a weekend or holiday season and compared to other thermal pools the swimming area wasn’t aesthetically pleasing
It was good to see the mountain villages and Zakopane, but for me personally the spa trip was not for me. It is huge and really busy so I didn’t enjoy it so much, especially spending 2.5 hours there.
The experience at the hot springs was 3 hours and very worth every minute. The sauna and salt room is included and a nice retreat from the busy pools. But there are so many pools that it didn’t feel crowded. Great experience!
Well worth the money! Our guide Julia was great…so knowledgable and she went out of her way to let us know what do on our visit to Krakow. Highly recommend!

What a absolute fantastic day
Peter the driver was brilliant and the knowledge he had was amazing 1st stop was a little hut where we tried a polish cheese lot like halloumi and cherry vodka
Then we moved on to a village called chocholow where the houses are made of wood like log cabins then we moved on to zakopane where we went on the funicular tram up the mountain hah a chocolate drink and a fruit waffle with cream then we came down and walked round the market then we all got back on board and went to thermal springs this was great a must do tour you get plenty of time at zakopane and the springs so no rush we got picked up from our hotel at 8am and did not get back till about 6pm a must do tour

Great trip. We really enjoyed this whole day out. I would have given it 5 stars, but the thermal spa was so busy it was unbearable. It wasn’t at all relaxing. This is not the company that organised the trip fault. It’s the spa’s fault for allowing hundreds, if not thousands of people in at one time. As for our driver Stanley, he was lovely and very professional. We were well informed on what we were doing and pick up and drop off at our hotel was brilliant. We throughly enjoyed time in Zakopane. The recommendations on where to eat was 10/10 from Stanley. If anything it would have been better to have more time there instead of the spa. Also the cheese & vodka was most enjoyable. Plus the quaint little village we stopped by was beautiful and a great spot for photos. I would recommend this excursion to anyone, but possibly if you don’t like crowded spa’s then pick a trip that doesn’t involve stopping at the spa.

Great day trip. Friendly driver. Small group. Brilliant communication on the run up to trip with any questions answered.
1hr 20 to first stop, then 15 mins to next stop to taste local cheese and vodka. 30 mins (ish) into Zakopane to get the train up the mountains. 2.5 hrs free time to experience the beautiful views and mountain resort vibes. Then 30 mins (ish) to the thermal baths for 3 hours of relaxation and fun in the hot pools, with an amazing mountain backdrop. Then 2 hours back to Krakow. A great taster of the Zakopane area.

This is quite a long day and I was a bit concerned that it might drag. I'm pleased to say that I was wrong. Picked up on time by Dawid our guide and driver. Very informative as to how the day would pan out. Couple of short stops on the way Zakopane, one to see a wooden village very picturesque, then onto cheese and cherry Vodka tasting, all plentiful and tasty. On then to Zakopane and trip up the mountain on the fenicular railway. Amazing views from the top. Dawid sent us a list of recommendations of places to eat in town. Not disappointed lovely meal at Gazdowa Kuznia. After that to the thermal baths for a few hours, again a great time.
Finally headed back to Krakow. During the day Dawid sent us things that we may want to see or do in Krakow along with recommendations for shopping and eating. A great guide and driver.

Highly recommend this tour the views are amazing. It reminds me of a little Christmas village loved every minute of it.
David is credit to the team if explained our itinerary at the beginning and throughout the day we had plenty time in each place.
Thermal springs was what we needed at the end of a perfect holiday. Our friends have booked the same tour for next week when they visit after we sent the itinerary to them. Well worth the visit.

A perfect day trip from Kraków! The journey to Zakopane was smooth and scenic, with plenty of beautiful views along the way. Zakopane itself was charming — full of character, local culture, and stunning mountain landscapes. We had time to explore the town and enjoy the atmosphere before heading to the thermal baths, which were the highlight of the day. The warm waters and mountain views made for an incredibly relaxing experience. Everything was well-organised, and our guide was friendly, informative, and helpful throughout. Our guide Mike was amazing! Funny, engaging, and full of stories about the region and its history! Zacopane was a traditional tourist trap, however, and the thermal baths were not what we expected. It was pretty much a water park for kids.
Without gushing too much, this is truly an amazing tour. Picked up on time by our guide David from the hotel. He did an amazing job all day. 1st stop the wooden village and a nice walk around for 15 minutes. Second step a lovely town with a funicular ride to the top. Great place to eat and drink while taking in the views. Last stop 2 and a half hours at the largest thermal spa in Poland. The adults only area was lovely quiet and relaxing, then the outdoor pool was warm and lots of fun. There are sun loungers available as well. Can't recommend highly enough. Guide also went out of his way with eating and visiting recommendations in Krakow. Nice to see someone so proud of their town.

The thermal baths, mmmmm not really a thermal bath, just a large swimming pool heated swimming pool.
Don't go on a weekend, far too many people
