If you cannot find your hotel, mention in it "additional pickup information". The time you chose is the approximate time of pickup from your hotel. Depending on the location, the time may change by about 20 minutes. Your driver will inform you or the reception about the exact pickup time around 8:30 PM on the day before departure. You can wait outside or in the hotel lobby. The driver will come by minivan. If there is no your hotel on the list, please write it in additional imformations or send us private message. REMEMBER - you do not have to waste your time for confirming your booking. It is already confirmed.

The man maketh the tour and Marek is the only man for the job! Marek was a generous host full of knowledge about his urban surroundings, I highly recommend him and the shooting range, all the instructors were excellent, it was definitely one of the best parts of our trip!

Amazing experience recomended to all fire arms enthusiasts both begginer and seasoned proffesionals. Our guide and driver Marta was friendly, professiinal and very helping, as being picked up from pur hotel was a massive help. The venue is nice, with a formidable selection of fire arms. Definitely one of my favorite places and activities in Krakow. And to quote our instructor : " Full auto, more bullets = more fun".

A fantastic experience. We were collected by Pawel on time and he took all the concerns away around safety etc. on arrival we were met by knowledgable and competent instructors who gave the time to discuss each weapon and how to shoot. We all had a brilliant time.

Fantastic experience. Whether you have previous experience or not, this is an experience worth purchasing. How often do you get to pick up and fire an AK-47 or a glock, scorpion smg etc.
The experience can be costly, and you're left wanting to shoot more. But again, (im from the UK) there are very few places where an experience like this is possible.
The instructors are clear and well experienced, and it's a very safe atmosphere.

Good fun well organised from the beginning Olaf the driver was bang on time and the drive to the range didn’t take long . The range itself was well run with good safety brief and the instructor was excellent. Overall great fun and well worth 👏👏👏

we got picked up right inside our hotel at the designated time and it was a 45 minute to the shooting range.
the instructors at the range were very thorough with what to do and kept an eye on you 100% of the time.
it was overall a really good experience and we picked the 100 bullet pack which was 9 different i think.

It was great fun and really enjoyed it. Only thing that stops it being 5 stars was that we had 100 bullets each but using each gun was so quick without any pauses so we had finished our go in under 15 minutes each without really knowing exactly what guns we were using.

Fun experience even if, like me you have not even held a real gun let alone fired one. The instructors are calm, polite and professional so no chance of coming to any harm as long as you follow what they tell you.
If you’ve never been anywhere near active firearms then be prepared for the noise which is nerve shredding even with the headphones!
Good experience although the description on Viator suggested they take videos and pics which they don’t so take your own or ask a member of the staff to use your phone for this purpose.
You get a nerve settling beer at the end if that’s your thing.
Driver Fabian was friendly, fairly punctual and informative but I would advise him not to use his phone at the wheel in front of UK customers as it’s quite taboo (comparable with drunk driving). In London he would almost certainly be filmed and reported by pedestrians with smartphones or drivers with dashcams. Especially cyclists (helmet cam) will report as they bear the brunt of the injuries caused by phone driving.

Tom was very friendly and helpful and gave us loads of advice on local places to visit. The experience was as advertised and I enjoyed it. I would go again.
I gave 4 stars because the instructor at the shooting range was OK, but he could have been a touch more friendly/ less abrupt and could have (for example) reminded us of the name of each gun as he handed it to us and reminded us how many bullets we had for each as we were going along. He did do all of this at once at the beginning but it is a lot to remember. All in all though, great experience. The staff seemed sound and Tom was fantastic.

Took the 100 bullet package for 2 people. Cost over £300. Shooting the different guns is a great experience. The only problem was the instructor, Kris. Having never done this before and telling him that he had zero patience especially for my partner, who was nervous about shooting in the first place,he made her even worse with his poor attitude. Grabbing at her hands and pushing the gun while she was holding it because she didnt know how to hold each gun correctly, as she has never sone this before!. It is his job to instruct/ coach. If you're not willing to be patient and give proper instruction dont do tbe job. Spoiled the experience.

My boyfriend and i decided to do this however, for the cost of the activity we did unfortunately expect more. There was no communication about what guns we were shooting/how to hold them, it was more the instructors putting them in our hand and that’s it. In the description it does say you get images taken and this also didn’t happen in our experience. We are glad we did this but just wanted a bit more for the amount of money we spent (the shots are over within minutes so recommend doing more), the pickups were on time and the guide was pleasant
