Booking airport transportation to our hotel was very easy and convenient. Driver was waiting at arrivals and provided efficient, safe transportation to our hotel. Driver was very pleasant and provided us with a plethora of information about the city and surrounding area.

Our guide thru krakow was amazing!! He was so incredibly informative and knowledgeable. He told us all the small details. He walked at a slow pace with us and made us feel very comfortable. I was so glad that we had taken this tour and would recommend to anyone traveling to krakow Poland!!

Mike was an absolute legend of a guide and genuinely made our Krakow tour unforgettable. From the moment we started, he brought loads of energy teamed with great humour, and a ton of knowledge to every stop. He showed us some amazing places around the city that we never would have appreciated in the same way on our own. The guys been doing it 20 years, he knows his stuff! What really set Mike apart was how entertaining he was throughout, dropping brilliant movie references, telling great stories, and keeping the whole group engaged for the full tour. He’s one of those rare guides who makes history and sightseeing feel effortless and fun. The tour itself was fantastic value too. In just 4 hours, we managed to see so much of Krakow without it ever feeling rushed, with a perfectly timed break for food and drinks in the middle. Overall, Mike is an all round mega guy and exactly the kind of person you hope to get as a guide. If you’re doing a tour of Krakow and get Mike, you’ve hit the jackpot. Plus he has a gorgeous dog!

Amazing experience recomended to all fire arms enthusiasts both begginer and seasoned proffesionals. Our guide and driver Marta was friendly, professiinal and very helping, as being picked up from pur hotel was a massive help. The venue is nice, with a formidable selection of fire arms. Definitely one of my favorite places and activities in Krakow. And to quote our instructor : " Full auto, more bullets = more fun".

One of the top 3 if not the best airport transfer I’ve had. Adam was amazing. He walked us through meeting him, arrived immaculately clean car, answered our questions and provided recommendations where to eat. 1st class all the way. I highly recommend this service. It’s one less thing you have to worry about when traveling.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver was great fun and on the return journey he gave us lots of information about the city and was very informative. Our Salt Mine tour guide was amazing and it was interesting to hear his dad once worked as a miner in the Salt Mine. All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend booking this experience and visiting the Salt Mine. The only downside was the night before our pick up time changed to one hour earlier, but this did not effect the overall experience.

Would fully recommend booking with them, such an easy process, came into the welcome hall in the airport, (forgive me I can’t remember his name) but my man was there at the front holding a sign with my name, very friendly and welcoming, vito mercs were excellent transportation, organised to pick me up and had Hubert for my return journey, again he was very friendly and had a great conversation with him the whole journey, I took his number as I want to rebook with them for there brilliant service for when I come back in may, Hubert recommended great spots and locations for next time, can’t fault this service one bit! Very happy

Wow, great way to spend a “creepy” evening! Our guide was so interesting and we learned some history and true crime of Krakow. The tour went two hours although we had chances to sit and use WC. The stories were interesting and most of which you won’t hear on another tour.
