We absolutely loved this walking tour, and a huge part of that was our wonderful guide, Ania. From the very beginning, Ania was warm, welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable, and had a fantastic sense of humour. She struck the perfect balance between sharing fascinating history and keeping the tour light-hearted and engaging. Before we knew it, the two hours had flown by! Ania brought Kraków to life. Her passion for the city’s history was infectious, especially when talking about the Jagiellonian University and the important role education has played in shaping Kraków over the centuries. It was clear how much she loves her city, and that enthusiasm made every stop even more interesting. One of the most memorable parts of the tour was hearing Ania’s own family’s experiences during the Second World War. That personal perspective added so much depth and meaning to the history and made it feel incredibly real. It was a privilege to hear those stories from someone whose own family had lived through such an important period. The walk itself was relaxed and enjoyable. Although we covered plenty of ground, it never felt strenuous, and there were lots of opportunities to stop, take in the beautiful surroundings, and ask questions. We especially enjoyed visiting the café within the university, something we would never have discovered on our own. Ania also shared brilliant recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and hidden gems around the city, making this much more than just a history tour. We learned about the castle, the Main Market Square, the fascinating Underground Museum, and so many little details about Kraków that we would otherwise have missed. If you’re visiting Kraków, I would recommend doing this tour at the beginning of your stay. It gives you a wonderful introduction to the city, helps you understand its rich history, and leaves you with plenty of ideas for the rest of your visit. A huge thank you to Ania for making the experience so enjoyable. Her knowledge, warmth, humour, and passion made this one of the highlights of our trip. Got picked up at a designated area close to the old town, very friendly and beautiful young lady, I was feeling rough from the night before, arrived no problems all smooth, The tour its self with our tour guide Lucas was very educational and an eye opener to what these people had to endure......

Booking airport transportation to our hotel was very easy and convenient. Driver was waiting at arrivals and provided efficient, safe transportation to our hotel. Driver was very pleasant and provided us with a plethora of information about the city and surrounding area.

Mike was an absolute legend of a guide and genuinely made our Krakow tour unforgettable. From the moment we started, he brought loads of energy teamed with great humour, and a ton of knowledge to every stop. He showed us some amazing places around the city that we never would have appreciated in the same way on our own. The guys been doing it 20 years, he knows his stuff! What really set Mike apart was how entertaining he was throughout, dropping brilliant movie references, telling great stories, and keeping the whole group engaged for the full tour. He’s one of those rare guides who makes history and sightseeing feel effortless and fun. The tour itself was fantastic value too. In just 4 hours, we managed to see so much of Krakow without it ever feeling rushed, with a perfectly timed break for food and drinks in the middle. Overall, Mike is an all round mega guy and exactly the kind of person you hope to get as a guide. If you’re doing a tour of Krakow and get Mike, you’ve hit the jackpot. Plus he has a gorgeous dog!

One of the top 3 if not the best airport transfer I’ve had. Adam was amazing. He walked us through meeting him, arrived immaculately clean car, answered our questions and provided recommendations where to eat. 1st class all the way. I highly recommend this service. It’s one less thing you have to worry about when traveling.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver was great fun and on the return journey he gave us lots of information about the city and was very informative. Our Salt Mine tour guide was amazing and it was interesting to hear his dad once worked as a miner in the Salt Mine. All in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend booking this experience and visiting the Salt Mine. The only downside was the night before our pick up time changed to one hour earlier, but this did not effect the overall experience.

Would fully recommend booking with them, such an easy process, came into the welcome hall in the airport, (forgive me I can’t remember his name) but my man was there at the front holding a sign with my name, very friendly and welcoming, vito mercs were excellent transportation, organised to pick me up and had Hubert for my return journey, again he was very friendly and had a great conversation with him the whole journey, I took his number as I want to rebook with them for there brilliant service for when I come back in may, Hubert recommended great spots and locations for next time, can’t fault this service one bit! Very happy

Airport pickups went really well. Very friendly drivers. Clean, well maintained mini buses. Driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived and company kept us informed of revised pickup times for return trip which was 20 mins earlier than initially agreed due to problems at the airport and high volumes of traffic. Only issue I had was that I booked the trip both ways as one purchase but because the money was taken for both trips at the same time Viator removed it as completed after the arrival trip which meant the return information wasn't as easy to access. However, the taxi company had sent their details and were very responsive to WhatsApp communications and didn't mind me checking in. Definitely worth doing if you want an easy start / end to a holiday.
