Very good communication, picked up from our hotel on time by our friendly guide Peter who was very enthusiastic! The rest of the trip was fun, visiting lots of places and enjoying the smoked cheese/vodka before finishing in Zakapane! Would highly recommend

A great day out! Plenty to see, plenty of time to see it. If you have kids on the trip the market area would be good for them. If you’re an adult, there’s beers with mountain view. It’s a bit of a mix of mountain views, vernacular, food, drink, markets. Our driver/guide for the day was excellent and I really appreciated the hotel pickup and drop off!

This was a very exciting trip we had Thomas our guide can't say anything wrong about him absolutely perfect explaining everything about krakow,poland and zakopane lovely ride to the mountains 2/3hrs there then he took us for cheese n vodka then off through a little country village B4 heading back to the hotel all in all the best service you could ask for perfect end to our trip

Our driver and guide was Piotr and he went above and beyond. His knowledge was outstanding. The view of Tatra mountains was amazing. We had 3hrs free time to do what we wanted we wish we had more time as lots to see and do. I would highly recommend this tour.

Thoroughly enjoyed this whole experience as did the rest of our group. Picked up at our hotel and driven through the countryside to the various stop offs. We were in a group of 8 in a minivan. Very scenic. Great guide (Peter) who explained everything to us as we went. Loved Zakopane town and the views over the mountains were out of the world. We were told this is very busy during the winter season but there in March it was great with no long queues for the railway up and down the mountain. Dropped back at our hotel afterwards and overall had a really lovely day.

Great day out seeing a more traditional Poland - our guide Tom was fantastic

This was a fantastic day! Tom was our guide and really made the day interesting and fun. Communication was excellent with a text the night before regarding pick-up times and then a call in the morning when he was a couple of minutes away. He provided lots of useful information to be used even after our tour was over. Even in the bus, he encouraged guests to play their own music to make the journey more personal. He provided a lot of interesting information about the history of Poland and the polish people. We spent our 3 hours in Zakapone all at the top of the mountain which was perfect for us. The cable car service is efficient and included in the ticket. We looked around all of the stalls and had some lunch. Then we headed to see a beautiful church and then the shepherd’s hut where we got to try some local cheese with cranberry sauce which was lovely and a couple of shots of vodka. We got to meet some locals and hear a little about the shepherds. We then had a final stop visiting the wooden village. This was a great day and I would recommend it as something a little bit different to try.

This trip was amazing from start to finish first was a drive to chocolow to see the famous wooden buildings, then a stop at a shepherds hut to try cheese and vodka which was really fun, then we drove to zakopane where we got 3 hours free time to take a trip on the funicular up the mountain the snow was amazing up there so very cold wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear. We then had free time to shop on the famous krupowka street which was great for gifts and plenty of places to eat and drink definitely recommend doing this trip

Couldn't fault any part of the day.. Especially David our tour guide he was so easy going, helpful, and explained every part of the day faultless.. highly recommend Zakopane.. We Also used this company to go Auschwitz 2 day's before and that also was faultless after all the stories I've read about some companies.. 10/10 for me.

2 hours each way n longer in traffic. Beautiful views from the top. Don't buy the tat at the top, go back into the town. Lovely guide. Bus was jot great for the number of couples, i did not get to sit next to my partner which was a pity for a 2 hour journey. . Very aggressive Dutch girl insisted on getting two seats together even though she was late back. Left a sour taste. The rest of us had to rearrange our seating or listen to her rants. Poor Peter had to wait until she got her way. Worth a visit for the views from the top.

Such a worthwhile trip to Zakopane. Our guide Tomas was fantastic - so knowledgeable, so kind and he sent us so many useful hints and tips. Tomas gave us such an interesting canter through Poland's intriguing history. We would definitely recommend this trip. It was a full day but we had a good few hours to explore Zakopane by ourselves. Fabulous!

We travelled as a four last month. Communication was great, Ivan our guide set up a WhatsApp chat so we were kept informed. Pick up was 8.20 from hotel, we travelled as two 8 seater buses, we were on the second one with no guide. We briefly stopped for sheep’s cheese tasting and at Chochołów then onto Zakopane where we stopped briefly again at a church and to view a ski jump. Travelling around Zakopane was extremely slow due to traffic which although unavoidable was frustrating. We arrived at Gubałówka where we were spending the next few hours. The highlight was the funicular ride up the mountain and the stunning views of the TATRA mountains. Amazing. I would have paid just for that. The Main Street called Krupowki street is just loads of loads of restaurants, market stalls selling souvenirs and cheese, very busy and commercial. We literally walked up and down in about 20 mins just to see it. We then got back on the bus, which unlucky for us was the one where we had to wait 20 minutes for the others to get back on so we left late. 4.35 instead of 4.15. With slight traffic we got back to our hotel at 6.50. So in total out of the 11 hours, 4-5 are spent on the bus. Ivan on the other bus was great fun and gave us plenty of info when we stopped but I felt short changed as his bus I’m sure would have been for fun and left first on return. In short it’s a good tour but the funicular was everything.

It was a bonus to be picked up from the hotel as it isn’t in the centre. Dawid was on time, helpful and patient despite heavy traffic. We were lucky to have deep snow that created a great backdrop for photos. It was a long but great day! 😁

Brilliant day (krak tours) communication was great regular messages before pick up and during the day with hints, tips on restaurants and places to visit. The driver was professional and took us to the places safely and in good time. Tom was a fantastic guide a definite asset to the company, he was friendly, professional and a really knowledgeable nice guy, told us about the Polish history and about the places that we visited during the day, nothing was too much trouble and we all kept in contact with the WhatsApp group that was created by Tom for us to use, well done and we will be back to beautiful Poland soon.

Definitely do this trip to see the real Poland. Our tour guide Tommy was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. From not knowing anyone on the tour we ended up knowing everyone, thanks to Tommy’s and his infectious personality. Had a great time, the vodka definitely helped. A must tour with Tommy has your guide.
