I had an excellent experience on this one-day tour. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The transportation was comfortable, and it was so nice not to worry about any logistics throughout the day.
Our guide was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive to everyone in the group. Every time we returned to the bus, she carefully checked that everyone was present before we continued. She explained everything clearly, shared interesting information, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and informed.
What I loved most was how easy and stress-free the whole experience was. Everything was arranged for us — transportation, timing, directions, and sightseeing. We could simply relax and enjoy the beautiful journey without having to plan or organize anything ourselves.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a well-organized and enjoyable experience!

Our second trip with this company in our week away. Another hige success! Great communication, very comfortable journey, driver/guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and told us lots of local facts about the area. The thermal baths were lovely and a great end to a busy holiday. Definitely recommend this company if you're looking for local tours

incredible ERIK is the man of the day, a little bump because the oskepyk hut was closed but he saved it found a new place, kept us entertained, have never had a tour guide that was more engaging and charismatic. Genuinely wouldn’t have been half as good without him

Long but great day. Start by travelling from Krakow in a minibus then stop en route to Zakopane for vodka and smoked cheese tasting. Afterwards the bus goes to Zakopane where you get some free time. We went up in the funicular then had a walk about town where we got potato pancakes for lunch. After meeting back at the bus you then go to the thermal baths. These are excellent but huge. A long day but really good fun and our tour guide Antoni was really nice and helpful. Recommended.

Amazing tour to go on and it was a great experience, I felt very comfortable even though I went solo and it was a great opportunity to speak to new people!

Zakopane is a tour where we were able to taste delicious cheese, see the mountains from above, and enjoy hot springs. Philip is a very friendly and patient guide, and the tour was excellent. Highly recommended!

Our bus had a flat tire, but we got on a new bus in about an hour. That was great and I was impressed. Our guide then asks us if we (a group of 30) wanted to skip the planned bathroom stop. We all agreed. He didn’t tell us that the bathrooms at the next stop didn’t work and those at the second stop was actually just a single outhouse with no lights and in discussing condition.
A 30-person group that included several children and older travelers went 3.75 hours without a toilet!
At the first stop, Filip knew things would go bad. He rushed through a few words and then went to a grocery store to buy food. He let the group to fend for itself as we tried in vain to find a toilet and food. I confronted him about this and he said “well, I’ve been on the bus as long as you have” I told him “right, and you ran to the store to buy food and Red Bulls and left us in the street”. He is an inconsiderate guide who has no concept of the needs of a larger group of mixed age travelers.
At the second stop, we lost significant time due to the entire group having to use one, single staff outhouse…on December 20. We sampled vodka at this stop to our surprise, our guide takes a shot of vodka! Half the group is still lined up for the outhouse and he’s throwing back vodka.
This all lead us to lose time in Zakopane, so our family didn’t have time to eat and use the Fenicular. This was a key experience for us and the children in our group were very upset, especially the 6 year old who asked me “aren’t we going up in the mountains?”
If Filip is scheduled to be your guide, cancel the tour or switch to another company or day.

It was good but it felt like we barely did anything. We weren’t given much time to walk around the actual center town of zakopane. I think our guide cut us short an hour. But the experience was good.

ThIings that can be done in Zakopane
And that the thermal bath is too crowdy
Zakopane should be visited in nice weather

We walked to a meeting point as the transport did not pick up from our hotel. We were expecting a coach or minibus (previous day had been to Auschwitz on minibus) but was picked up by a car/van for 6 people. The tour guide checked us in but as the other passengers had already been picked up at their hotels (i assume) there was only a seat in the back of which my wife had to climb into and one in the the next row where I sat (we couldn’t sit together on a 2 hour road trip) which was disappointing. We both had to sit with strangers but fortunately the people on our tour were lovely. Again this was a good job as it was a very tight squeeze in the vehicle. Also, the driver and one of the other guests were smokers and although not smoking in the vehicle, the smell was very strong and not to our liking. As the tour had a few stop offs on the way, the climbing in and out of the back of the vehicle for my wife was not good either. The stop offs were ok though and the visit for vodka and local cheese taste good. Unfortunately the Funicular railway was not working so missed out on that experience but not the guides/tour fault. Fantastic views of Tatar Mountains though when we reached Zakopane. Our last part of the tour, the thermal spa was really nice though with 36 degree heat water, however, it was very busy with kids too and basically a glorified swimming pool, not really SPA like if that’s what you are expecting but still nice all the same to finish the trip. We all travelled back relaxed. And the driver did drop us off nearer to our hotel on the way home. Be prepared for a long day, basically a 10-11 hour trip. Tour guide was ok too. My wife couldnt always hear what she was saying sitting in the back though. Overall ok trip, but could have been better if we’d travelled in comfort, next to my partner and without the smoke smell.
