We had a fantastic experience on our rickshaw tour of Florence! Ivan was great. He was so knowledgeable and full of history about the city. It was a fun and informative way to get an overview of Florence. He picked us up right at our hotel and made sure we had time to stop and take photos along the way. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a party of seven, and Viator was able to coordinate with the rickshaw vendor to have three rickshaws available for our tour. Our tour guide was amazing, super knowledgeable of the city and it's history and surroundings. If you want a good over view of the city the rickshaw experience fits the bill. Out family learned allot and had a great time doing it. Great experience!

Angela’s & my Rickshaw tour was outstanding! Stefano was a very engaging, knowledgeable & generous guide. Top notch! With the rickshaw, we were able to gain quick access through narrow side streets, seeing interesting things that would be missed in larger vehicles or on foot (given added walking distance). Also, the rickshaw can travel to & within posted off plazas where other vehicles cannot, making this a very effective & efficient tour choice. Also, you are in open air to get a real feel for the city with its sights & smells. We hopped in & out as we pleased with no need to suffer a group tour with scheduled stops, long loading/unloading times & waiting for stragglers. Fully recommend this tour, Viator as a trusted company & Stefano as an excellent guide.

The best way to see Florence at night! My guide, Stefano, was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about Firenze. I hurt myself earlier and in the day and he met me and dropped me off at my hotel to make things easier for me. I learned so much and got to see so much of the city’s nightlight while feeling safe as a solo female traveler. 12/10 would recommend! Molto bene!

Such a fabulous way to get the lay of the land! As it was my daughter’s first trip to Florence, it was a great way to start our trip. They were so knowledgeable and it was fun to see things we wouldn’t have otherwise learned about. We covered so much more territory than if we would have been walking ! Tip: go in the morning before streets are so crowded.

What a fun tour around Florence! Ivan picked us up on time, swept us away from our hotel, and proceeded with the tour of Florence. He gave us interesting facts and stopped so we could take pictures or have him take them. He was an excellent driver, very courteous and answered questions not only from us, but from other people. My husband is almost 88 years old and I’m somewhat younger. We found the Rickshaw tour to be a wonderful way to see the sites and become oriented, especially since we both walk with canes! Thank you to Ivan for such a terrific tour!!

Stefano is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond. Not only was he warm and welcoming, his excitement, enthusiasm and passion for Florence is absolutely contagious. It was unusually cold this time of year for our evening tour and he went the extra mile by bringing blankets and offering to stop for hot cocoa - he even insisted on giving us his jacket (which we politely declined). His knowledge was vast, his story telling of history was inspiring and his kindness shined bright into the night. Definitely recommended!

We had such a fun experience taking a rickshaw ride around Florence! Our guide was incredibly kind and welcoming, and you could tell right away how passionate and knowledgeable he was about the city. Riding through the streets was such a unique way to explore — we passed by the Duomo, the Holy Cross Church, and so many other famous landmarks, all while hearing the history and little stories that brought the city to life. It was comfortable, relaxed, and a great way to see Florence from a different perspective. Highly recommend this tour if you want something memorable and personal while exploring the city!

This is an exceptional tour. The communication is great. It was raining when our tour was supposed to start and Stefano reached out quickly and asked if we wanted to reschedule. We had time so we did. Very much appreciated. The first thing we saw was how much great energy Stefano had. It was amazing. You can feel his passion about his city. This carried through the whole tour. A great thing about a rickshaw is that he can go into the squares where cars and golf carts cannot go. He makes many stops and explains so much about the history. He also showed us some things about the Duomo that we have walked by several times and would have never known. It's like finding Easter eggs. What I will say is that this tour far exceeded expectations. We have traveled to many different cities and taken tours like this but his energy and knowledge about Florence makes Stefano stand out. When we come back we will take this tour again because it is a lot to take in and we enjoyed it so much. Thank you Stefano for such an amazing experience!

Absolutely fantastic!! If you want to see Florence without all the walking this is the way to go! Everyone walking by was jealous seeing us glide by relaxing and enjoying the city instead of trudging along with a confusing map in the heat! Fun and fascinating with lots of photo opportunities! We stopped at all tge important places. It was marvelous learning about all the historical details with such passionate and enthusiastic guides. Simon and Marco were so genuine and knowledgeable!
