A truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived on the farm we were greeted by Cristina with fresh orange juice and apricot tarts and given a wonderful overview of the breath taking property. She gave us a tour of the land and animals and then a very knowledgeable presentation of their wine making facilities. The wine tasting was delicious and we were given appetizers to compliment each tasting. From there we did the pasta making class where we made tortellini and ravioli with truffle filling. This day was a highlight of the trip for everyone in my family. We will cherish the memories for a lifetime!

This was a great time and cost effective way to hit multiple experiences all while taking in the Tuscan hillside and getting a day away from the crowds in the city center of Florence. The farm and vineyard is in a beautiful scenic spot. The wine tasting was fun and educational. The pasta making was a delicious way to wrap up the day. Our family ranged from 18-58 and everyone enjoyed the day! 🍝🇮🇹🍷

What a lovely day spent in the Tuscan countryside side. After about a 45 minute drive, we were greeted by Cristina, who was bearing hot tea and treats on a very cold morning. We enjoyed a tour of the herb garden and the farm. Enjoyed the information in the vineyard as to what grapes they grow and how they harvest. From there we had a lovely wine tasting paired with appetizers. After a short break at their shop, we joined the chef for a fun class on making ravioli and tortellini. Then we were able to eat the pasta we just made along with more wine, appetizers, and dessert. Highly recommend!

Convenient pickup from Florence. A warm welcome from Christina on a beautiful patio overlooking the vineyard and Tuscan hills. An informative visit to the vineyard, herb garden and to see the animals. Wine tasting in their cellars with delicious food pairings was very fun. Then on to a pasta making class with Rafella, who then served a delicious lunch of our own pasta with wine and a wonderful dessert.

This was a highlight of our trip. The farm was stunning, the wine was delicious, and the pasta making and eating was so much fun. Our host was so lovely, warm, and welcoming and greeted us with hot lemon tea and a biscuit. I highly recommend this experience if you want to spend a relaxing day in the countryside.

The visit to the farm was nice. The 4 stars is due to ride out and back--closing within a foot or two of the traffic ahead while still at speed, travelling quickly on a road that was not in good condition.

This was a fantastic trip to a Tuscan organic winery and farm in Fucecchio. We toured the winery, learned about the grapes, saw the wine cellar, did barrel tastings, herb collecting, fed farm animals, enjoyed five appetizers during six wine tastings and then rolled up our sleeves for pasta making with Raffaella, the chef. We made both tortellini and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and Parmesan. It was topped with a parmesan, lemon and olive oil “sauce” Then we ate what we prepared with more wine, bruschetta and dolci. It was delicious! Seven hours of fun and we met eight other fun-loving people from Canada, US and Germany. Would highly recommend.

I am a poet, writer, and teacher. On the bus back to our Florence hotel, under the Tuscan night, I was so moved by my visit to Dalle Nostre Mani (From Our Hands) that I wrote a poem on the spot. This place is not only about wine, food, or scenery—though each was unforgettable. It is about people. The laughter shared across languages, the pasta we shaped together, the sense that for a few hours strangers became kin. The name of the farm says it best: From Our Hands. Everything here felt given directly, openly, generously. It was an encounter I will carry with me for life. A few lines from the poem I wrote that night: “…That is carità. My farm was a one of a kind experience. Truly breathtaking. Mateo, Naomi and all the others at Dalle Nostre Mani were so kind and had thought of everything to cater to a thoughtful tour of their lovely slice of Tuscany, ensuring the guests were well fed, hydrated, knew where the washroom was etc. Mateo is a wealth of knowledge and did a superb job of explaining the wine making process, as well as the history of wine in Italy. His American knowledge added another layer to the tour & it was great to hear his perspective! Truly a once in a lifetime experience. It has been by far my sister and I’s favorite thing we’ve done since coming to Florence.

This was such a fun day! Naomi was so good at explaining all the aspects of the farm, animals, and winery! We had a blast at the wine tasting of 5 of their wines and the accompanying food to compliment each wine, just delicious. Then the cooking class with our group was just as enjoyable. Sitting down to eat our creation was over the top. We made friends! Booked it, you'll love it.

I’m a study abroad student in Florence, and this was probably one of the most fun things I’ve done while in Italy. All of the guides were great at what they do. They were kind and funny, adding to the experience. The grounds were beautiful and the food and wine was exceptional. The other people who ended up going on the trip too added to the experience, for in the end we all ended up talking over the delicious home-made pasta we made towards the end. 100% recommended.
