Itinerary
Starting from Palazzo Medici Riccardi, once home to one of the city’s most powerful families, stroll through the charming streets of San Lorenzo before reaching Piazza San Giovanni.
Stand next to Florence Duomo and take in the detailed architecture of Brunelleschi’s Dome and Giotto’s Campanile. See, too, Porta del Paradiso, the Baptistery of St. John's gilded bronze doors designed by sculptor Lorenzo Ghiberti.
Along the way, admire the unique Church and Museum of Orsanmichele, visit the famous Mercato del Porcellino, and experience the grandeur of Piazza della Signoria.
The tour concludes at Palazzo Vecchio, an iconic symbol of Florence’s political and artistic heritage.
