What an excellent morning and tour. It was just the two of us with the guide and we had an excellent experience. The best advice we would give is to book the first tour of the day, as the museum started to get very busy by late morning. After the guided tour was over, we went back through to spend more time at various masterpieces. In total we were here almost 4 hours.

Great Detail of the Uffizi History

OMG. Francesca was great! Took us through the crowd right to all the important pieces of art. She told detailed stories of every piece, as well as details of the Uffizi building as well. We would highly recommend this tour. The only confusion was the meet up area where we should have met in front of the Uffizi entrances and not around the corner where our Google map was taking us. We sent a message via the site and it was answered immediately. Well done.

A great morning tour of the Accademia Gallery

Giacomo was a terrific tour guide. His knowledge about art and history added life to each piece we looked at. He navigated the museum and the crowds so we go to see the key pieces to make most use of our 2 hours with him. He spoke excellent English and was able to answer all of our questions providing more in-depth background. I would highly recommend Giacomo for your Uffizi Tour!

Annette was our personal guide to the Uffizi, and she was amazing. She knew her way around the museum and in the limited time that we had, she managed to show us a wonderful selection of items that met our interests. Her knowledge of the artworks and the relevant history added so much to our visit, and she included my 14 year old grandson seamlessly in all of her discussions. We learnt so much from our visit, and are very grateful for the opportunity to have had such a wonderful guide.

I have been before but Giacomo Piccardi ( our tour guide) was extremely knowledgable and included fascinating facts about the time, the art and contextualized what we were observing. Plus, my husband and i were the only ones on the tour! It was a highlight of our trip! Highly recommend!
