the visit to the gallery to see David and ither exhibits was great. Viator charged me 40 euros per ticket - 3 tickets - the ticket price is 20. they charged me double. this is not acceptable. i want part of the money back. otherwise great experience.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit to the Accademia Gallery and seeing Michelangelo’s David and the other artworks. However, we would like to clarify the ticket pricing. The standard entrance ticket is €20, plus a €4 reservation fee, making the normal total price €24 per person. Our price also includes the priority/skip-the-line service. On the day of your visit, it was an exceptionally busy day, and tickets were being sold through different channels for approximately €45–€50 per person. Nevertheless, we provided your tickets for €40 per person. By purchasing through our service, you were also able to avoid the very long queues, which on that day could take around three hours. Before purchasing, we clearly explained the ticket price and the service included, so you were fully informed about the cost and the benefits of the service. For this reason, we are disappointed that, after using our priority entrance service and avoiding such a long wait, you considered the price unacceptable and requested a refund. We always try to provide a convenient and valuable service, especially on extremely busy days. Nevertheless, we appreciate your positive comments about the experience and thank you for visiting.
