Me and my friend were kindly greeted by the staff upon arriving near the pick area. The driver made it shortly after and was very friendly and made sure we had a good time on our transport to the resort.

Car Hire service was prompt and responsive. We left a bag in the shuttle and they were able to secure it for our return booking. However, I did not give 5 stars because we were not informed our return trip was predetermined by a set time. This cut our vacation time short. All in all after multiple conversations we were able to come to a resolve. Stress free service was appreciated.

We would like to clarify the situation to ensure full transparency. Your reservation was for a shared shuttle scheduled at 2:00 PM, and our last shared departure from the airport is at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, when you arrived after that time, it was no longer possible to provide the shared service, as our shared shuttles operate on fixed schedules.
To avoid leaving you without transportation, our team offered the option of a private transfer by covering only the difference in fare, since private services have a different cost. We understand that you preferred not to pay an additional amount. Although our policy states that no‑show reservations at the selected time are non‑refundable, we wanted to support you and avoid further inconvenience.
For that reason, and as an exceptional courtesy, we requested a full refund through Viator, which you accepted.
Our goal is always to assist travelers and offer fair solutions within our operational limits. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again under better circumstances.

This was a seamless transaction from end to end. My flight was delayed by nearly an hour, and the team had sent WhatsApp and iMessages that were helpful for our rendezvous at the airport. Wait was minimal and we were on our way without any issues.

We waited over an hour for our shuttle because the greeter didn’t understand that we were allowed to travel solo since we had purchased a round-trip. In addition, no one was checking our flight because when we arrived, we could not find our greeter. The whole experience was horrible and would not recommend this service to others

We had to wait almost an hour for a driver to leave the airport. The rep tried to upset us to keep from waiting. I feel like this is apart of their hustle. Eventually a driver came who was NOT in the company van pictured but everything was smooth. For the return trip, I had to reach out to them via WhatsApp the day before to confirm pickup. Driver was a little late but they communicated with me and things were smooth.

Timely pickups and kind drivers! I bought the round-trip service, and I had to reach back out in order to schedule the pick up to get back to the airport. I had to message the service to coordinate that. If they had initiated reaching out to me about coordinating the pick up, I would’ve given five stars.

After booking, the day of my arrival I was messaged that I needed to pay an additional $37 for my trip because no one else was leaving at that time so it would have to be a private shuttle?! I then was told at my hotel that it’s $20 to taxi to the airport. This is a RIPOFF! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I purchased this trip online and told them my location. They later sent a text to confirm my location which I did,. When i got at the airport they tried to double the price, So I took an ADO bus into town.

Flor was super nice to check on our delay because we were waiting for luggage. Gave us option to wait for next ride or pay a little extra to go right away. We opted to wait for shared ride.

You pay the fee but everything is an up charge that they don’t mention.
If you’re traveling outside of their business hours which isn’t listed on here they consider it private reader and you pay more than what’s listed.

Very helpful and friendly. They even had a car seat for our small child, so that was awesome. Helped us with our luggage and dropped us off and offered to help even more with luggage and finding the entrance to our condo. Overall a great experience and worth the price.

They don't understand showing up on time. Arrival pick up was 30 minutes late. Why? Traffic. Airport return was 30 minutes late. Why? Traffic. We had to take cabs to the airport at an added expense and got no refund from Yamevi. Both times we never experienced any traffic. They just use it as an excuse. Even if there was traffic (which there wasn't) professional drivers plan ahead and still show up on time. If you use them be prepared for their traffic excuse.

DO NOT BOOK ! !! They tried to pick us up 4 hours prior to our flight and refused to pick us up at least 2 hours before the flight .
When we were picked up the car was really small and very dirty on the inside. Seats were filthy and stained . The worst transportation experience ever .

The service was great. When I arrived at the Cancún airport, Roger messaged me to let me know he was waiting. It was smooth sailing from there. The only hiccup was - I misunderstood their hours of operation and booked my return trip outside of their normal servicing hours of 8am - 6pm. They still arranged a private car for me for my early flight home, but it came with an extra charge. My only feedback would be to make it clear that an extra charge is required for trips outside their operating hours. Other than that, they were very reliable, prompt, and professional and had great communication. I would use them again.

It was better than trying to navigate through all the drivers at the airport vying to get our business BUT we paid for round trip shuttle and the Yamevi Travel staff made it seem like another family was not ready/might take another hour before we leave the airport just to get us to upgrade to private transport for an additional cost. A ploy to get more money because a gentleman showed up a few minutes after us and the staff had him to wait also. The driver we had was young and not very knowledgeable about the area when we asked questions, but he was pleasant. I’m thinking they might try to get more money for our return trip as well and we’ll have to pay so we don’t miss our flight.
