    Please note all last-minute changes and/or delays are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels and/or flights are not allowed. We do not hold responsibility on affectations from airlines changes, cancelations, delays nor natural conditions affecting your original travel plans, nevertheless, if any of the previous occur, we will work with you to find a convenient alternative. **Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Welcome Bar (Terminal 2 and 4) - Margaritaville Bar (Terminal 3) Your service starts once the first passenger boards the vehicle, allowing a 5-minute courtesy to get going. **Hotel Pickup:** Your pickup time should be confirmed at the time of booking, upon arrival or at least 48 hours prior your departure service. Last minute/same day changes are not allowed, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Departures: Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. In order to mark a reservation as a “No-Show”, we will gather evidence such as GPS data and/or location of our driver. All No-Show reservations are non-refundable.

    Everything was great, they was on time. The vehicle was very clean and the driver was polite enough to take out bags.

    Great communication, fast ride, and the driver was awesome. I think his name was Francisco. He did a great job communicating with even though our spanish is sub par. This was our ride from the airport to our hotel. The ride back is next week.

    Would give zero stars if I could. No show, no call for Cancun airport pick up After calling them, I was told my driver had mechanical problems and couldn’t pick us up, Then was told they could get a different driver but the driver was in Tulum and we’d have to wait at least an hour and a half for them to get to the Cancun airport Options given were either wait or find another company and request reimbursement . I paid another company for transportation and requested a refund. The company denied my refund request SCAM beware

    We are truly sorry to read about your experience, but we would like to clarify the situation. On the day of your arrival, your assigned driver was at the airport and waited for you for more than the stipulated time. We also made several attempts to contact you directly by phone, but unfortunately, your number was unavailable, and we have a record of all these unsuccessful calls. It seems that you may have spoken with someone outside the airport who was not part of our team. Cancun airport can be confusing, and unfortunately, there are unauthorized people who sometimes approach travelers. For your safety, we always recommend meeting only with our assigned driver and following the instructions provided in your reservation. Since we were present at the airport at the agreed time, waited beyond the standard waiting period, and scheduled your return service, we cannot take accountability for this no-show. As such, a refund is not possible in this case. We regret that this situation caused you stress during your trip, but please understand that we did provide the service as scheduled.
