This company instructed me to meet at the welcome bar, but no one was there to greet guests. They also demanded an additional fee before they were willing to take me to the hotel. Feel not honest. I definitely won’t recommend this company.

Our shared shuttle operates on the hour, every hour, and upon arrival all guests are directed to the welcome bar, which serves as the designated meeting point until the next scheduled departure. Since you preferred to leave immediately rather than wait for the next shuttle, our team offered an optional upgrade to a private transfer. This was the additional fee mentioned, and it is never mandatory—only an alternative for guests who wish to depart sooner. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated at the moment. Transparency and honesty are extremely important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Quick and easy affordable airport shuttle option

Very easy process. It is a shared shuttle which is fine by me, but could end up taking a while if there are a lot of other passengers. That said, I lucked out and only one other group of two in my shuttle, so wait was minimal and drop-off was fast. Added bonus was this agency's uniforms were a color scheme that set them apart from the masses and were easy to find. There was also good communication via WhatsApp prior to arrival.
