- Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities.
- Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. In addition, the transfer time to and from your hotel must be considered.

It was a fun time. The staff did a nice job and were very friendly. The zip lines were fun. ATV were fun but would have liked to be able to open them up a bit more. Horses were docile and easy to ride. Had fun jumping into the cenote as well. The meal after was good. They also provide some water and lemonade to drink between activities and with the meal.

Pretty much ruined my adventure with this whole for your safety you can’t have your phones only for them to make the excursions longer while they snap your pictures and videos and then sell you a picture video package for an obscene amount to which none of the pictures where actually worthy. A penny and the videos looked like my 3rd grader could of done a better job to this day I’m still pissed that I have no pictures memories of my first zip line and atv adventures and to make matters worse they charge you an amount then they tax you 16% to where when you check your bank the money was actually more highly upsetting and disappointing I will never again these people sell you an adventure but is really a rip off

How curious, you're complaining about things that are clearly described in our tour description.
To begin with, it's mentioned at least three times during the booking process that electronic devices are NOT allowed for security reasons.
We also inform our clients that we are NOT responsible for anything not included in the tour they are booking, including photos and videos.
Finally, we clearly state that purchases made in the park may incur taxes and that these payments are NOT handled by our company.
Even so, you come here trying to tarnish our reputation with a bad review for everything already mentioned in our description, but apparently you didn't read what you booked.

So you're complaining because you didn't attend the tour but you want a refund?
You booked a tour with a refund policy that states you must request a refund at least 24 hours in advance. After that time, no refunds are offered.
You received all the pickup details in a timely manner, but you never showed up or participated in our tour.
After our staff waited for you at the hotel, after we invested resources, personnel, a van, fuel, and your spots that could no longer be sold to anyone else, you still demanded a refund, just because you decided at the last minute not to attend.
Now you're trying to tarnish our reputation and calling us "horrible customer service" because you didn't receive a refund for something you bought but then decided not to use.

They tell you they will pick you up at your hotel and don’t show but instead tell you to meet them somewhere else. Thanks for ruining my experience in Cancun and making sure I wasn’t able to enjoy my excursion. I WILL NOT BOOK With them EVER AGAIN!!

You were notified all time that your hotel was outside the city, outside the tourist area, and outside our pickup area, but you clung to the belief that we would pick you up at your hotel, which is in a remote location.
Now you want to tarnish our company's reputation by leaving us a negative review and disputing your charge, as you threatened us via messages.
The tour description clearly states that if there is no pickup available at your accommodation, you will be assigned the nearest pickup point, but for some reason you believe you have the right to go against all the terms and conditions you agreed to when making your reservation.
We have sufficient evidence to prove to your bank that you were not scammed, but that you insisted on changing the terms and conditions of your reservation.

For starters the actual activities were cool and very safe. The workers who run them were all very friendly and helpful. However, there policy’s and fees are ridiculous everyone that was in our van was charged a different price. We selected pick up and then were emailed saying we should meet at coco bongo we needed to spend on a taxi there then on the way to the jungle were told we’re picking up other people and literally pass by our resort. Once, there we paid 50 dollars extra fee 10 dollars for locker and ATV insurance. Then you can’t use your phone so we needed to buy a picture packages for 60 dollars and 25 dollars for the video. They just pull prices out of there butt. Finally we asked our driver if they can just drop us off by the hotel on the way back since we were passing it I messaged the company and they said no so then we had to waste 30 minutes going to a drop off location only to be brought back by a taxi for another 30 minutes. Basically they’re are many others tours maybe try those first. Because there were extremely unaccomadating.

You chose the cheapest option, which clearly states that it does not include transportation from your hotel. You were also given the option to upgrade, but you either refused or were unable to pay. Despite this, you demanded pickup and drop-off from your hotel, even though you hadn't paid for it.

There are SO many extra fees that they add on once you get there. they offer a photo package for 35usd per person and then an extra 25 if you want video. The employee also charged me more than he should’ve and due to their being no service you won’t know until you leave and then they just won’t contact you back. very uncoordinated as well and you are rushed in every activity. they told us to get out shortly about 15 minutes after we entered the cenote. They wanted us to leave with a group that didn’t pay for as many activities we did, so we were on there timeline so due to us having more activities we had to get out of the cenote fast.

We sent you a message the day of your tour to ask if everything was okay, but you never let us know about this. Had you done so, we would have provided a prompt and satisfactory solution.
First, you should know that your reservation does not include photographs, so we cannot respond to you for anything you didn't purchase from us. In fact, no one is forced to buy photographs, and the vast majority of visitors find the price very low; this depends on each person's purchasing power.
On the other hand, you mention that the staff charged you more than they should have, but you don't mention what the charge was. This is very easy to resolve if you write to us and send us your incorrect charges so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Your feedback is valuable, and we'll work on improving both the experience and communication so that future guests feel informed and respected.

I am a very laid back go with the flow type of person, but this tour pushed me beyond my limits.
Before I post the negative items, the ATV & horse rides along with the zip lines were 5 stars
I wish that is all I had to say. When I booked the tour it showed an 11am departure. We were picked up at 11:45 am. We then spend 1 hour 30 minutes driving around picking up other participants before another 30 minutes driving to the location.
The registration process was super easy and thankfully I had $105 USD ($25 fee x 4 + locker fee) or I would of had to pay a 14% service fee to use my credit card.
After fully checking in, the waiting started. 30/45 minutes to do the Zipline. 1 hour plus to ride the horses. 30+ minutes to ride the ATVs.
We had spent so much time on this tour that we didn't want to eat the tacos or swim in the Cenote. Guess what? You can't leave. They schedule your transportation so that the van has to be full, the driver that picked you up in the morning has to be there and everyone has to be ready to go. After being stuck for over an hour I hired an Uber to pick us up for 300 MXN.
If you have all day being stuck doing a few activities that should have been done in 2/3 hours then this is your tour. If you don't feel like hiring an Uber to come and rescue you, avoid this tour like the plague.

Now, exercising our right of reply, I will clarify that all your complaints are specified in the tour description, so travelers know what to expect even before booking:
- If you select the 11 am option, you will be picked up between 11 am and 1 pm.
- This is a shared tour; if you want to go directly to the park and not share transportation, you must choose a private tour.
- You're complaining about something you didn't pay for, but we also point out that there may be charges such as VAT or transaction fees, so we suggest carrying cash.
- This is a shared tour, so there may be lines or wait times.
- Again, this is a shared tour. We can't get you a private van at the last minute just because you want to leave at any moment.
It's great that you consider yourself a laid-back person. We don't know what would have happened if you hadn't.
Finally, we have a signed document from you stating that you decided to go on your own.
We hope that in future reservations, you can carefully read what you're booking and focus primarily on having fun and not seeing everything as something negative.

We booked the 8 Am excursion which actually means a pick up between 8 and 10 AM. We were picked up at 9:55 right on time. However with the numerous stops they had over booked our shuttles which added length to our drive. When we got to the excursion we waited about 30- 45 minutes for the actual activities to start. We did the ATVs first. They stop you from going fast by the lead driver stopping and counting. You can add some speed by waiting to start to create some distance between you and the car in front of you. My husband ATV stopped working twice. Next we waited again for 30 minutes and then did a zipline. Which was ok. Then we rode horses which was the most efficient activity of the trip but by this point with the disorganization we just wanted to leave. Then we went to the cenote where we had 8 minutes to swim despite the guide telling me 3 minutes before we would have 25 minutes. The cenote was disgusting and smelled terrible. Also very small. The lunch was the best part of the excursion and the wait staff were very sweet. We didn’t have time to even view our pictures of the activities before our shuttle came and we were not allowed to bring our camera. The donkey that they had was bleeding from a wound on its right eye which worried my children. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone. It a waste of time for a vacation and a major disappointment with the only redeeming factor being the food and the staff there. You spend 2 hours maybe on the activities and four waiting and riding in an overcrowded shuttle.

We also want to remind you that you booked a shared tour, not a private tour, so there may be many stops before and after your hotel.
We can clearly see that you had a problem mostly because you didn't read the tour description before booking, as most of your complaints are stated in the tour description, for example:
- This is a shared tour, not a private tour
- Since it's a shared tour, you may encounter lines or wait times
- If you choose the 8:00 am time slot, your pickup will be between 8 and 10 am
- Each hotel has a different pickup time; it's impossible to pick everyone up at the same time
- This is an ATV tour, not Formula 1
- The use of phones or cameras is not permitted for security reasons
All of this is in the tour description; you just didn't read it,
On the other hand, if you find one of our horses with a disability, it's precisely because our groom is dedicated to rescuing abandoned horses. In our park, we give them a new opportunity and take care of them as well as, or even better than, the rest of our horses. We are a responsible company and we love horses. I wish we all did this, Rescuing pets or horses and giving them a second chance.
We've explained everything in detail for future travelers, as we know that when someone is upset with an experience, their bad attitude blinds them to the reality of things.
We hope that on future reservations, you'll read carefully before booking and ask why we have those types of horses before commenting.

Vendor called and advised 7:20 pick up and got into van with person after confirmed ticket from viator. Got to venue and was advise they had my name but not the activities paid for. Vendor advise they tried to pick me up but I was not present and refused to call and confirm information. Vendor advise would not refund money even though they did bot rendor services and i had to pay at new location

You were the one who decided to board that transportation service without consulting us or Viator first. The number of events for the cost was excellent. Booking it online was easy and we received everything noted on the event description. The people were also very friendly, safety conscious, and respectful.
My issues were as follows:
1. It was a bit disorganized. We had to wait quite a bit for someone to address us upon arrival.
2. The equipment was old and work out. Our ATV kept stalling and backfiring.
3. The cenote needs a makeover. Though there were no issues, it just looked old and dilapidated.
4. The food was mediocre - no flavor.

Not a great experience. It was myself and my partner, the whole thing felt rushed.
They told us “take your time” but regularly pushed us to the next activity.
By the end of the day we were the only ones at the cenote and it was awkward and uncomfortable.
We were promised a meal but that felt rushed (even though they told us to take our time!!!). It was like “take your time, but your driver will leave you!”
AND to top it all off they asked for tips and reviews outright as we were sitting there trying to eat out mediocre “meal”.
I would recommend maybe doing this in a large group??? Maybe that would be better and also feel less like the men were leering at you the whole time as well.

Very unorganized. Short staffed. They speak English good but won’t communicate why you’re waiting or what the next activity is going to be. Food was subpar. The excursions were fun, however there are several other companies that do the same thing. I would never use this one again. Also the driver packed a 10 seater van with no air conditioner with 16 passengers. People were literally lapping up. Never again.

By the way, all of our transportation units are air-conditioned, all of them. And our drivers can't take on more passengers than the van has capacity for. We understand that sometimes some of our guests come with a few extra tacos on them 🌮 and may take up more space than allotted for them, but the van still has the same capacity.

The actual excursion is very well organized. We enjoyed all the activies: Horse Back riding, zipline, ATV and the cenote swimming. We just felt it was all a little rushed. We didn't have much time at the end to do the cenote swimming and have lunch. Others in our group had less activites so they were done and waiting. The big turn off for us was how fanatical they are about no cell phones. They really want you to buy their photo package so they are adament that you don't have your cell phones so that you can't take any photo's for memories. All the other excursions we have done over our years you are always allowed to take your own photo's with the option of buying their photo's, which are obviously much better, at the end. While riding the horses, one photographer screamed at me that I was going to be banned from all activities if I didn't give him my phone. It was in my pocket because I did not hear in the instructions that we had to lock it up before. I did not give it to him and he kept screaming at me. Overall, a big turn-off from this excursion.

After investigating with our park staff what actually happened, we can conclude that you improperly carried your phone with you. We repeatedly mention in our tour description that for safety reasons, the use of electronic devices is not permitted during activities.
Our groups are small, so it's practically impossible that you didn't hear the instructions not to carry any cell phones with you. If you ignored them, it was with malice and advantage.
On the other hand, we have videos of you during the horseback ride with your cell phone in your hand. If our staff instructed you to put it away, it was for your own safety.
We don't survive by selling photos. The policy against carrying electronic devices is dictated by our state authorities, who require that no one carry devices that could serve as distractions. In an emergency, we need both hands free to react to any maneuver.
Even if you've visited every park around the world, we abide by the laws of our authorities, and as long as they request this, this rule will remain in effect.
Your experience matters to us, and we'll take your comments into account to improve. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

After reading a bunch of the reviews, I came to the realization that some people are just snobs/ Haters. If you read the instructions then you know what to expect. They complain about not having their phones. It’s business they have to make money. You can also have your phone during the cenote. The host were great, while horseback riding one of the cowboys started singing. It actually wasn’t bad. Zipline was fun, ATV was fun. People complain about the atv not being fast, well they are fast but it also depends on who you are behind. If they are cautious then you won’t be able to go fast like you want. There is no way of knowing that. The food was decent. My family enjoyed it. If you are a go with the flow person then this is the activity for you. If you know you are a complainer then don’t book an activity anywhere because you going to find something to complain about. They did a great job!! We had a good time and they were very helpful, even when my kid struggled on the ATV.

Guides were VERY friendly and helpful. Kids got to drive the ATV after the first half. Zip lines were a hit. The Horseback riding was a first for me! What an amazing experience to ride through the trails and the cowboys were great. Chicken fajitas were delicious! Even my picky kids enjoyed it. Transportation was about an hour late but there were 2 accidents in the roads so that had something to do with it. Overall great excursion!

Organized confusion, is what it was. They just tell you and your group to go here or there and wait. Not telling you what the next steps are. Got off the shuttle and wait here. Wait here turned into 30 minutes. Finally got our names called and checked in. Then we’re told to wait in another area just to move to a different area. Did ATV first, TRASH. The actual ATV’s where damaged and the trail was boring. While getting suited for zip line, they told me and my son to undo everything and start horseback riding. We declined, because we were already starting the zip line. So we lost out on that opportunity. The cenote was nice and fun. But you won’t be there for more than 10 minutes. The lunch was good but, I got a larger portion during middle school lunch.

Also, the food is advertised as Snack, this is so you don't expect an unlimited buffet, it's just an appetizer while you arrive at your hotel to have a full meal. We suggest you carefully read the description of a tour before booking, in this way you will know what to expect.
