Great trip, so glad we went.

Javier and Joseph did an awesome job. Javier was very clear on the instructions of the equipment, how to get into the water and getting to see the whale sharks. We had a fantastic day, there were at least 20 whale sharks, the day before there were none. So glad Javier took gopro videos because it was definitely a struggle to take our own. Just be prepared for a long boat ride in and out. The lunch they prepared while we hung out in the shallow water on Isla Mujeres was very good, my husband really liked the authentic ceviche. Both Javier and Joseph worked very well together to allow all of us to see as many whale sharks while we were in the water as well while sitting in the boat. So glad we did this, a bucket list day.

Great snorkeling experience!

Great snorkeling experience, with convenient 12pm meeting time right on Miguel Hidalgo Ave, and 4 stops for snorkeling in the ocean. The water was so clear and we saw so many colorful fish, with our tour guide, Alexis and boat driver, Ernesto, being patient with our different swimming skill levels and showing us the best snorkeling spots! Snacks at local restaurant afterwards were just ok but there was the option to order more from the menu.

Good snorkeling trip.

Excellent adventure. The snorkeling was nice- not the best in the world l, but we saw a lot of fish, a turtle, and a starfish. The statues were less dramatic than the pictures lead you to believe, but it is what is it. The company did a good job of organizing and communicating. We had margaritas on board (seemed a bit weak, but nobody needs to be drinking on a boat when a snorkeling!). A light snack afterwards back at the meeting place doesn’t include drinks. Jerson and Diego were great.

Unforgettable! (And delicious Ceviche)

This was hands-down one of the best snorkeling experience I've ever had! From start to finish, the trip was exceptional, largely due to our phenomenal crew: Oscar the guide, and Carlos the captain and chef. Oscar was truly a pro. He was incredibly professional, personable, and patient with everyone in our group. He had a natural ability to put everyone at ease, regardless of their snorkeling experience level. It was clear he was very experienced and highly competent in guiding us through the water, pointing out amazing marine life while prioritizing our safety and comfort the whole time. Captain Carlos navigated the waters smoothly, getting us to the best spots efficiently. And let's talk about the lunch! Carlos prepared fresh red snapper ceviche right on the boat, and it was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. A perfect end to a perfect time in the water. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a top-tier snorkeling adventure. Be sure to ask for this particular team—Oscar and Carlos made it an unforgettable day!

The best way to see these amazing creatures!

This experience was so magical, it brought tears to my eyes! Our guides were so so amazing. It was a nice long boat ride out to where the whale sharks were, and our captain navigated those beautiful waters perfectly. We were able to enjoy the ride and take in the view on the way there. When we arrived he knew exactly how to get us up close and personal with the sharks. We saw two massive whale sharks and they were breathtaking. I looked one right in the eye!! After plenty of time in the water with the sharks, we took a ride to a nearby reef where we were able to explore on our own. Our main tour guide prepared us the most delicious lunch ever. I’ll be dreaming about that ceviche!! On the ride back we saw dolphins, sea turtles, and lots of birds which was a fun added bonus. This experience was perfect. They provided plenty of tasty food and drinks and they had all the supplies we needed (life jackets, snorkels, goggles). My two main pieces of advice are: 1) ditch the camera. You’ll need both hands to swim and you should really use every second to take it all in. The experience will turn out so much better than any photos. 2) be prepared to swim. This was a bit more physically demanding than I originally expected. The sharks are fast and constantly moving so you’ve got to swim quickly to keep up. But with the captain’s expert navigation, even our weaker swimmers got a good glimpse.
