We had an amazing time. It was a full day of fun. We were transported to our place and departure by a nice air-conditioned van. Please be aware that there was a $40-$45 additional charge port. We did 3 to 4 stops which included snorkeling, going to the island itself, and activists in the water. The crew was absolutely amazing as they attended tower ever need and made sure that we were satisfied.

Very fun . Wear easy take off shoes, because you are required to remove when getting on boat. Don't where mesh ones either, they fill up with sand. Drinks were nice and strong. If you want to get a drink before getting on boat, they are expensive I suggest waiting till you get on boat. If you get sea sick, make sure you take something before embarking. The catamaran will be hitting waves, didnt bother me but my sister was a little green in the gills. But she got over that. There's great music. Friendly staff, and we met and hung out with some people. The Isla mejeres was alot of fun . Lots of places to take pictures. And the ice bar was pretty cool ( no pun intended). You have to wear furry parkas because its so cold. Listen carefully to instructions before disembarking the boat in mejeres because boat leaves and then picks you back up at different dock sometimes. Also tables on the beach are rented out. And make sure to get a pass to use restrooms, when you get dinner. All in all it was a fun excursion and not to expensive. I would not recommend it for handicap people if using a wheelchair. There was small children on the boat with us, also people can get quite intoxicated. But didnt bother us, we were all having fun. It can be quite packed on the boat so I would suggest getting in line pretty fast when they announce your name to make sure you get a good spot in front of the boat if thats where you want to sit. They also have bathroom and sitting area on the inside of the boat.. if you want relaxing trip this is not for you.

They charge a port/dock fee! I think it was $25 per person. Other than that it was a fun good experience. The food was mesh

Rushed crowded but checks the boxes they promised. The snorkeling was dangerous, very crowded and so rushed. Lunch was 1/5 stars, completely random buffet.

The guy named Mosquito made the whole experience fun!!!! I would have liked it way more if there was a tad less people so we weren’t all crammed, but I would absolutely cram in again lol. Thank you so much for a great time!!

Shout out to the crew who worked very hard keeping the drinks flowing and engaging everyone to have a good time. The boat was clean and everything was organized and the crew was a lot of fun. What I DIDN’T care for: they don’t give you flippers for the snorkeling. Also, they essentially make you form a straight line of 2-3 people wide and follow the leader to one area and then straight back. We were so crowded and kicking each other. When I tried to move off like 5 feet to the side so I wasn’t being kicked or kicking someone myself, I was signaled to get back in the line with the group. It felt like we were a heard of sheep. Also, barely any choral or fish to be seen. Just sand. Snorkeling was all of 10-15 minutes max. Also, we stopped just off the shore of Isle Mujeres and were told we could jump out and swim. That was literally only 5 minutes we got to do that and we had to get right back on the boat. Personally, I think they should allow more time for the snorkeling and swimming and save time by moving the catamaran a little faster. It went pretty slow, likely to stretch the time out to make a full 7 hour day. But it could definitely go faster and allow more time for the other activities. Overall, it wasn’t a bad excursion but I’d probably try something different next time.

The hidden fees more than double the price. That there is a dock fee plus may be in the fine print, but it is purposefully very well hidden.
Look for a vendor that lists all of the fees up front. Else, select one that at least makes it very clear that there are mandatory costs which the advertised price does not cover.
The advertised price is effectively a bait and switch. Very misleading.
Apart from that, it was fine.

It was a great experience. The crew members were really great. I was sea sick and they showed so much kindness. I would recommend

I had a fun experience especially with Poncho, Erick, Oliver, Duce and Z. My sister and I enjoyed ourselves. I’ll definitely come back and book with them.

We really enjoyed this trip! We did not see as much wildlife in the water as we had hoped, but it was still beautiful. The crew was amazing! We did have a problem with snorkeling that our group was called numero Uno, and there was another group in the same area Yelling out numero Uno and one of us got separated and went to the boat of the other group. This happened to another adult in the group as well. This was kind of a scary situation and was reported to the crew. They were very kind about it. The drinks were great, the scenery was beautiful, and overall wonderful, but very tiring day! Get your rest before going!
