If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines, 300 pounds for ATVs and 220 pounds for horseback riding
For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities
We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travelers

I had a blast the staff was very friendly, we had a good amount of time enjoying each activity didn't feel rush, the transportation driver was great. I felt very safe doing each activity it was my first time doing anything like this. I would definitely recommend booking with this company.

The employees were fantastic. Had a blast! Horses are well trained, the ATV ride was fun, loved Zip lining in the air and cooling off jumping into the cenote. Great price for all included.

Attrape nigauds. La Randonnée cheval dure 10 mn, le cenote edt sale , le repas de très mauvaise qualité, photos interdites on est obligé de payer 35 US$ par personne pour avoir des photos. Personnel parfois limite niveau courtoisie, locker payant. Une véritable usine pour prendre un maximum d’argent aux touriste. Navette salle et malodorante. En tout depensé 115 US$ par personne pour 6 heures dont deux heures de route. Excursion à éviter!

The reason why we do not let you take your cell phone on the activities is for safety, as we have had several accidents of customers who are distracted by taking pictures while riding their ATV. By not using electronic devices while performing the activities, we have reduced the accident rate. For us the most important thing will always be your safety and well being.
