The ground transportation service will be only for passengers who choose the "WITH LAND TRANSPORTATION" option. If you choose "WITHOUT LAND TRANSPORTATION" you must show up at our check-in at 11:30am

    I had an amazing time and loved the staff. They were so kind and encouraging. They helped me push my comfort zone and taught me how to do this dance called “Cumbia”. Loved the all day experience and would definitely recommend!

    Not well planned - Stranded on the island

    It was a great day to start and a fun crew. Beautiful island. However, the people working there never told us what time to be back at the boat, or announced it anywhere. I even texted the WhatsApp number and got no response. As a result of this, my friend and I had to stay overnight on the island and pay for a separate hotel and ferry back the next day. Poor management and not good communication.

    worst excusion in Cancun

    this company mislead itema offer. Transporration was late for pick up and did not provide transport back to hotel although it was paid for. Had to paid a extra 30.00 to get back to hotel.

    As someone who doesn’t speak Spanish, this was a very difficult experience. They did not give proper instructions as to where to meet. They were not helpful when I was lost. I was running around the mall, trying to figure out where to board this boat where no one was able to help and the person messaging me on WhatsApp would not answer my phone call. I asked to speak to management upon arriving to the desk after finally finding it after 30 minutes of wandering through a mall just to be left waiting never got to speak to a manager. The catamaran is not very nice. The staff is phenomenal. They are very sweet although they do not speak English very well The buffet they provided does not include drinks and not to mention you have to pay 1000 pesos upon arrival. I had a terrible experience and I was compensated for nothing.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXCURSION. The itinerary is a lie. The buffet food was HORRENDOUS and I’m not a picky eater so that says alot. 1000 pesos is not for taxes. They basically make the excursion cheap and the 1000 pesos pays the rest of the trip and part of the taxes. Also it says 2hrs in Isla Mujeres we ONLY HAD ONE HOUR. What can you do in an hour besides walk around ?? Not worth it. I will say the staff were very nice but the excursion itself is not it.

    Had a great day out! Snorkelling was great and we were well looked after. Voyage home was a party! The staff and fellow travellers had a hoot! Recommend this journey to everyone.

    This trip was first postponed to a new day. THey let us know in a timely manner. Had we known what would happen next we should have just canceled. We texted them through viator for the status of the new scheduled day, heard nothing. We we ventured to the meeting place to see if anyone was around (taxi ride and a couple hours of time) No one there. Someone in the area said the next day weather so far looks good. The day of, we texted again asking on the status and asked if the trip is canceled again for weather or not. No reply, so we spent the time and money to actually go to the meet up location. No one there. At the time of meeting, we finally got a message it was canceled. this was mid day. totally messed up our last day of vacation could not gett anything else so late. Can not comment on the actual activity, but this should be a warning sign. We did get our refund.

    Hello! We are sorry to read this. As I told you, the ports were closed due to bad weather. I told them that if it opened, we would let them know, if not we would refund the money. Unfortunately the bad weather continued and the ports did not open, that is no longer up to us, that is why we immediately refunded your money. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. We will do everything to continue improving. Thanks for your opinion.

    This was such a fun experience!! The tour guides were very upbeat and made it a great adventure. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore more from the Cancun area.

    Our experience was mediocre at best. The boat is okay, the staff was mediocre (not overly friendly or hospitable) and I got sick from the drinks - poor quality liquor. If you want a great experience, I would choose a different excursion.
