Alex and Henry were absolutely outstanding tour guides and made our entire adventure unforgettable. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and kept the energy high the whole day. We did the zip lining, cenote, ATV ride, and horseback riding, and every activity was organized smoothly and felt very safe thanks to their clear instructions and constant attention to the group. They both took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun, whether it was helping first-timers on the zip lines or checking in during the ATV ride. What really stood out was their attitude — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to be there. They shared interesting details about the area and kept everyone laughing in between activities. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in how they treat their guests. If you’re booking this tour, you’re in great hands with Alex and Henry. Highly recommend — one of the highlights of our trip.

It was amazing the horses were so laid back and the atvs were so much fun. The cenote was absolutely beautiful and the tequila was top notch. All in all a fantastic day thank you. The staff was so much fun and made the day.

THIS WAS SO GREAT and beyond worth the value! Our guide Henry was amazingggg and friendly, so was our photographer. Pics are obviously an added $$, but worth it IMO. If I had one piece of feedback, I wish the time at the cenote was a little longer. I don’t think it mentioned when we booked, but after the tequila tasting, we had an amazing lunch with many foods included and the option to purchase more. 10/10 experience, I would recommend it! (I (32F) di this with my fiancé (34M) and our son (13M).

The staff was amazing and very attentive. I went to the Xcaret park first and this one is smaller and has less options. If I had gone here first, I would probably give it a 5 because I still had a great time with my family.

I was unable to attend because I broke my toe and had to cancel for medical reasons. They were completely unwilling to work with me or offer any kind of refund, even partial. This rigid and unhelpful stance makes them seem very unprofessional in a customer service context.

Rushed Experience – No Phones Allowed

I booked this excursion through Viator, and while there were some fun moments, overall it felt a bit disappointing. Be aware that you’re not allowed to bring your phone during any of the activities. They say it’s for safety, but it seems more about pushing you to buy their pricey photos at the end. As someone who likes capturing my own memories, this was frustrating. The horseback riding was enjoyable but very short, and unfortunately, there weren’t enough horses for our full group. We had to split into two groups and wait in the heat, which threw off the timing and flow. The cenote was nice, but we only had about 25 minutes there—again, it felt rushed and like we didn’t get to really enjoy it. Same with the ATVs (fun but dusty—bring sunglasses!). The zip-lining was probably the highlight, though by then everything felt like a race to finish. If you’re okay being without your phone and just want a quick sample of each activity, this might be a good fit. But personally, I wouldn’t book again. I prefer excursions that allow more time to enjoy each stop and let me take my own photos.

Phones aren’t allowed during activities like ATVs, zip lines, or horseback riding for safety reasons — all require the use of both hands, and in the case of cenotes, electronics can contaminate the water if dropped. That said, the purchase of photos is completely optional. We understand many guests enjoy capturing their own memories, and we’ll continue working on better communicating these policies in advance. Extreme(ly Underwhelming) Adventure

Picked us up from our hotel and went straight to horseback riding. Horseback riding was super underwhelming - the horses walked in a line super slowly through a wooded path, a very non extreme adventure. They were also very strict about not taking any phone photos so that they could charge for the photos they took (~90$ for their package). The cenote stop was short, but bring a towel if you want to swim - they have a zip line into the water and a platform to jump. ATV was fun but very dusty. Zipline was ok, followed by tequila tasting. They provided a short meal with two tacos after, nothing special, along with a fire show. Overall ok experience, would skip the horseback.

Extreme Family Fun!

Overall this excursion was fun and family friendly. If you are an adrenaline junky then this may not be for you. It was spaced out well, fun for the family, and the tequila tasting & backstory was interesting. Only suggestion I have is I wish they would have kept my family together more and got pictures of us as a whole family especially when selling the package of pictures. We bought them all but would have liked more of all of us together.

Perfect Birthday Excursion

I recommend this excursion hopefully you get the same AMAZING tour guide, “Mona Lisa”, each activity had a good amount of time. Horse back riding, ATV, Cenotes and Zip-lining. 2 tacos and tequila tasting is included. The only downside was the difference in prices each group got $60-92 for 149 photos. You also, have to purchase additional purchases such as drinks and more food ranging from $10+. Please purchase a locker key as it will be useful at each stop to secure your belongings. Didn’t experience the fire show due to rain. Overall, our tour guide “Mona Lisa” was great, very informative, there every step of the excursion. We had a great birthday due to this excursion.

We had a blast! The entire experience kept getting better and better! Bring extra cash for food/drinks/gifts for back at the park. Riding quads through the park was by far the best part, and the photos throughout the excursion are 100% worth purchasing!! No need to bring your cameras, they captured everything 😊😊 Our guides were fun, and the tequila tasting was epic. Thanks guys!!

Great Experience overall

All of the experiences were great! This was my first time on a horse, and it was very beginner-friendly. The tour guide is great and got us to each destination in great timing. The only thing that I didn't like was the waiting at the end. We ended up waiting an hour before we could head back to our hotel, and it was very irritating because by then we were tired and extremely dirty from the ATV ride. Also, make sure to bring your own glasses and bandanas for the ATV ride, as they provide those two things that you most definitely need. They don't allow photos during the experiences either so be prepared to either take photographic photos or purchase theirs, which are a little pricey but good quality and cost me more than 90USD

This was the absolute best memory that my boyfriend and I had in Mexico. It was certainly the best money that we’ve ever spent and we live in Miami so that’s saying a lot . Everyone was so kind and helpful and truly cared about giving us the best service in every little aspect. It was a full day of activities, and was most certainly the best thing to do for a birthday or anniversary trip, or even just a vacation . Be sure to bring cash to get food, and little gifts at their market aside from what they give you, we brought about 1000 pesos to the excursion just in case we needed to make a purchase and had most of it left over. Lastly, make sure you tip them it goes entirely to all the workers.

The horseback riding portion was a bit boring mostly due to the location of the ride. However, the ATV, cenote, and ziplining was GREAT! I loved the tequila tasting and dining at the restaurant at the end. Those fish tacos were DELICIOUS!!!

The cenote is beautiful! The staff was friendly. The ATV is more of a dirt road than a trail, so we would have liked to see more of the jungle. There is a lot of bus/shuttle time but it was well coordinated between activities. Our only real complaints were the amount of upselling throughout the tour and it felt a bit assembly-line style. The guides were funny and helpful. It was overall a very good experience. The tacos were very yummy.

We needed to reschedule a day and Eduardo switched it without any issues at all. Their contact support answers in a timely manner. Our tour guide was "Mona Lisa" aka Brian and let me tell you, he was absolutely phenomenal! He was very informative, energetic, attentive and put our safety first. I wish we could have a tour guide like Mona on every single tour. He truly made the experience, whether explaining the activity or being a hype man! I was uncomfortable with one of the activities, so I sat out. He personally made sure I had a margarita while I waited for the rest of the group. It was like hanging out with a friend, he was very endearing. I think this is the perfect opportunity if you're not wanting to spend all day outside of your resort. There's horseback riding, zip lines and atv's. The horses are bombproof so if you're inexperienced, then this is for you! I'm an experienced rider and I still very much enjoyed the interaction and watching novice riders experience their first ride. I highly recommend this tour!

FALSE ADVERTISING, do not expect Extreme horse adventure!

Just my experience. It is labeled as extreme horses adventure with atv zipliness and cenote. It was raining all day and they would not cancel but did modify the adventure. Ive been on about 20+ horseback adventures and the place was amazing, however it was false advertising..... It was a VERY casual walk along a gravel road around a field and that was it! The cenote was nice, the ziplines was probably the most slow and non adventurous zip line I have ever been on. it was very slow, sit, hold, and we will let you slide down the line..... It was raining and the pulley spit oil all over everyones clothing running every thing it touched and we only did the first 3 so they would not have to offer refunds. The ATV were ok..... there was a small path that we went back and forth several times but we were forced to go very slow and avoid holes and mud b/c it would damage the machine. The tires were complexity worn bald and it was a very mild experience. Ive had both of my kids doing much more adventures and extreeme things since before they were 5...... FALSE ADVERTISING

Activity was cxl due to weather which was understandable. The employees were so rude and unprofessional about it and how they handled it. They wanted us to wait 3 hours for the next shuttle AFTER picking us up and they knew the activity was canceled. When asking if the driver could turn around he refused. We not only wasted our time but money as well. Did not feel safe and it was a terrible experience.

As a first timer and solo traveler I chose this Adventure for an all inclusive affordable price to all of the activities, I enjoyed the cenotes, zip lining, Atv riding, horseback riding, tequila tasting, the food and transportation from and to your hotel. They take photos that you can purchase for a good price and you are allowed to video. Most of all they have employees are there to guide you if you have never tried the activities.

It was a great experience, the people there were amazing, our tour guy his name is J he was really great. I recommend for you to ask for him he will take care of you. The food was great. They had a show at the end. They even have a tequila class which I learned a lot from. The photographer was great and funny his name was Mickey we called him mike. It was a great experience.
