We had an amazing dinner and evening on silverline cruise..our host and server Kristof made sure we were well fed and had drinks.

We booked a window table and were very glad we did. The views were beautiful all along the river. The menu was excellent, with good vegetarian options, but the soup was a bit cold and the lamb was overcooked. Not enough to stop us giving it 4 stars though!
The music was lovely but got a little bit too 'audience participation' for our taste in the last 2 or 3 songs.
The staff were spot on, really lovely and helpful people.
We would do it again!

Would have loved more of a tour and highlights of buildings and locations of note along the water. Food was ok and the biggest issue was the music was way too loud. The pairs I could have been more mood music and 1/4 as loud without singer. Wasn’t worth the $1,100 spent for 6 people. Would not recommend this specific experience

My husband and I really enjoyed the entertainment on the cruise. Boarding was easy and we were offered our welcome drinks. Unfortunately I did not enjoy the food . I ordered the Pork but it was very dry. My husband ordered the duck but it was too salty. The soup and dessert were okay. I felt they needed more servers, although our server was good I could see she got overwhelmed towards the end of the cruise.

Lovely warm atmosphere and the pianists were very good! The lady singer was fantastic (they didn’t really have a “battle” but it was great to listen to)
The top deck is totally different to the downstairs deck, and the 4 courses are 4, but the first course was a small cheese ball the size of a 2 Euro coin 🙈
The starter and main were nice (a bit cold) but edible.
The staff were attentive and friendly- I’d recommend this trip but don’t have high expectations of an amazing 5 star dinner as that’s not what it is.

Nice ride. Even it was just going around a lot of times to the same probably 1mile max. The food was not so eatable, and there were not 4courses but just 3. Couldn’t eat any of the dishes and saw in other tables that was more or less same feeling.

To begin with, we were greeted nicely coming in- that was nice. However, upon checking in I have notified the person in charge that a friend of mine fell ill and that he wouldn’t be able to join with us and that we would like to have his paid meal instead. Multiple people ignored my request to either get refunded or get the foods that was already paid for. That was bad.
Moreover, the overall experience was not good as the cruise had way too much line to where we couldn’t see the view outside due to the lights were not deemed. The only time the lights were deemed was when it was already running for an hour. It was a horrible experience as I thought doing a cruise tour at night time is better than it is in the morning but there were so much glare that it literally prohibited you to see outside the boat.
On top of that, we have ordered foods and their foods are not all that good. It was a very cheap cruise altogether, service was also not good. Our water came during the desert time.
I will definitely not recommend this to anyone at all! Overall, a bad experience. I demand a refund from not honoring the request to serve us the foods that we paid for since we had a missing person with us.

My partner and I took this cruise. Upon being ushered to our table, the waitress proceeded to deliberately ignore us. She even skipped past our table whilst taking orders going from one side of us to the other. We weren’t even given our welcome drink like all the other passengers. When I asked for a drink she was very rude to the point that the couple beside us even commented on how rude she was. The food was average at best, the pudding, a lemon sponge had obviously been kept for two long as it was bordering on stale. The sight seeing consisted of sailing up and down about half a mile, four of five times.
Do yourself a favour, book a nice restaurant in Budapest instead. There are plenty of them.

We arrived at 7.30pm as there were no instructions to arrive any earlier. We apparently should have arrived at 7pm. This should have been clearly stated in the booking reminder and on the Viator app.
The food was average sadly and some of it was cold.
The staff however were fantastic throughout the cruise and couldn’t do enough for us.
The views were beautiful.

Wonderful meal in a beautiful setting, but I must echo previous reviews. When we arrived, we were very happy with the lovely, clean boat. Our meal was fantastic (dessert was not great). However, when the singer started “singing” we had to leave to a different part of the boat. She was way too loud and not good at all.

Booked window seat with piano entertainment. Seated in the upper deck next to the pianos. Food was mediocre, best part was the 1 bite appetizer that wasn't on the menu course. Drinks were pricey and not included. There was a singer towards the middle/end of the ride, which was alright, but mic was too loud.
The views were beautiful but stunted due to the boat lighting and reflection of those in the windows. Would be great if they could dim or turn off the neon lighting.

The night scenes of Budapest on the Danube were simply awesome - 4 course meal was fine and so to was the entertainment of a femal singer & 2 male pianists.

We paid extra for window seats which was a waste of money as they are all near a window. The pianists did NOT duel once and the singer although good only sang a few songs. Food was very good and staff as well. It was half an hour late leaving.

A well organised cruise with brilliant views from the river. Was worried as I don’t have my sea legs but it was nothing to worry about as the trip was smooth. The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars was the food could have been hotter. Good food but only luke warm, both myself and my partners. Entertainment was good and overall thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was easy to find the starting point for the cruise, 3 course dinner was good although drinks were not included but had to be bought separately. The musicians were skilled and played in the background all the time. There was also an option to pay 20 euros extra per person to get window seats but that was not necessary to see the lights of the city. It was possible to go outside to the front deck to take photos. The ship was cruising two times the same route during the dinner. A bit overpriced cruise in my mind but options are quite limited during Christmas time in Budapest for tourists as almost all places are closed.
