We were running late and missed are scheduled timeslot. They made sure we were able to join later your. Great customer service
What a wonderful experience this was. The entire dungeon was so well done and the employees and staff were so nice to help us out with a mistake that we made on booking for the wrong date. I was able to show them the mistake and they accommodated us to be able to view the attraction.
We were the only people on the tour and that was just fine.
The staff didn’t reduce their performance one bit. Professional in every way. Informative, interactive and hilarious. We Highly recommended the Berlin Dungeon.
I didnt know what this was prior to booking but it probably was the most fun we had. There's plenty of history in the city and a lot of the tours can be heavy so the lightness of this tour was needed. Its felt like more of a haunted house than a tour. It was nice to sit back have a scare and lots of laughs. Highly recommend.
This one was our favorite of all the dungeons we've done the London and the Amsterdam one as well.....

Good fun but not quite what we expected. Actor's were excellent and interacted with everyone. Rooms differed in quality and narrative. Not disappointed but not wowed.
Not all acts are scary, some are funny and some are upsetting. Great overall experience. Centrally located
So much fun and never knew what to expect! Great immersive experience :) a friend of mine had to leave during the show and they accommodated quickly and easily

This isn’t just a spooky experience this show has amazing actors and has some morbid history , from plagues to revolutions! We accidentally booked the German tour and the “creepy” front desk host nicely accommodated us with a special english performance. History and scares, great great great, highly recommend
Was a great experience! All of the live actors were very good at interacting with the group and also managed to jump scare me a few times throughout the experience! Not for the faint hearted or easily scared, but I definitely really enjoyed it!
It was as being part of a real horror movie! So scary and fun! And the audience got to participate. My teenagers said this was the best Berlin experience.
This was the best live action “haunted house”kind of adventure I’ve been through. Be prepared to be scared as you venture back in time and experience some of Berlins dark side of history. You will experience the plague doctor, medieval torturers, the scariest witch you will ever meet and some crazy mass murders. performed by a cast of live actors, including you. The witch scene was amazing!
This place sucks balls. Don’t go here. Waste of time and money. Nothing scary. Just boring a$$ bullcrap.

The tour is only available in english twice a day, in the afternoons. This is not specified anywhere from Viator, and because of this we purchased a voucher that we could not use.
Toll gemachte Show, sehr aufwendiges Bühnenbild mit super tollen Darstellern. Wir können die Show nur weiterempfehlen.
Ich habe meinen Mann das Ticket zum Geburtstag geschenkt. Die Schauspieler waren einfach nur Klasse. Die Geschichte Berlins wurde uns sehr nahe gebracht. Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Wir haben gelacht und vielleicht auch ein wenig gegruselt. Einfach nur Super!!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schade, dass es nicht mehr von solchen Sachen in Berlin gibt:)
Sehr toll gemacht aber sehr kurz. Einige Stationen wurden einfach weggelassen (zB. Floß), ohne dass man vorab darüber informiert wurde. War in 55 Minuten wieder vorbei das Ganze - incl. Erklärung am Anfang.
