What To Expect
Your culinary journey starts with a welcome glass of cava from the chef, who will briefly introduce the day's activities and the ingredients you'll be using.
You'll then pair up to begin the cooking workshop, equipped with all the necessary tools and ingredients you need. Under professional guidance, you'll learn to prepare various paella dishes in a small-group setting, allowing for a personalized learning experience, and good access to the tutor for questions.
After cooking, it's time to eat. You'll sit down to a shared meal featuring the paellas you've made, accompanied by a selection of starters and desserts to complete a five-course meal. As an added bonus, unlimited Catalan wine is part of the package, to ensure you can toast your foodie experience in style.

Book it now! So worth it!! Best part of our Barcelona trip. My husband loves to cook so this was up his alley. Even if you are not a chef, they make it very easy and fun. Workers are wonderful and met some new friends taking the class with us. Even better perk....bottomless wine. They keep it flowing!

Such a fun evening. Yes, it’s a little expensive, but it’s three hours of cooking, drinking, eating and even dancing.
The evening is so well organised and you genuinely learn as you cook.
Valentina and Melvin were excellent hosts and tutors.
Our fellow cooks were great company - I suspect this is the kind of place that attracts people with a lot of personality and energy.
It would be a great place for a family or group to come to, but even as a couple we felt completely at ease and well looked after.
The paella and the wine were delicious, as was the bread, gazpacho and desserts.
I thoroughly recommend this fabulous experience!

This is a super fun class, both entertaining and engaging! The Cava is flowing all class and the chefs (Valentina, Alejandra, and Emily) were great teachers. The paella is fantastic! This is a must do in Barcelona!

Seriously the most fun tour/experience we’ve ever had. Kiera is the most fun host, her energy was infectious. Our glasses were always full and we actually learnt a lot about paella in a really easy to digest way. At no point did it feel “touristy” but one experience we’ll never forget that’s for sure!

I only wish there was more flavor in them. The only one I really tasted well was the one with truffle oil , bc I mean who can miss truffle flavor. But overall a very very fun night!

This cooking class was so much fun! Would highly recommend. The paella was delicious, the cava and wine plentiful, and it was fun meeting new people and sitting down to eat after cooking the food. Had such a great time! The host was amazing, they really made the experience fun, and we had plenty of wine to go along with dinner. They also gave us appetizers and a dessert included along with the different paella we all made. Definitely recommend this cooking class!
