What To Expect
Your culinary journey starts with a welcome glass of cava from the chef, who will briefly introduce the day's activities and the ingredients you'll be using.
You'll then pair up to begin the cooking workshop, equipped with all the necessary tools and ingredients you need. Under professional guidance, you'll learn to prepare various paella dishes in a small-group setting, allowing for a personalized learning experience, and good access to the tutor for questions.
After cooking, it's time to eat. You'll sit down to a shared meal featuring the paellas you've made, accompanied by a selection of starters and desserts to complete a five-course meal. As an added bonus, unlimited Catalan wine is part of the package, to ensure you can toast your foodie experience in style.

Book it now! So worth it!! Best part of our Barcelona trip. My husband loves to cook so this was up his alley. Even if you are not a chef, they make it very easy and fun. Workers are wonderful and met some new friends taking the class with us. Even better perk....bottomless wine. They keep it flowing!

We had a great time and had lots of fun with the other guests. Our only complaint is that it was a lot of money and we didn’t get much food! Only 1 shrimp and one chicken wing per couple!! It was a great time, but definitely overpriced.
I cannot recommend the Paella Club more! We had the best time and actually made a delicious paella! Each step was explained and shown what to do. If I could give it 100 stars I would! Highly recommend!
It was a fun experience. I’m sorry. I don’t think it was a good value. For 2.5 hours cooking and eating a rice dish. It was 2x the cost of a full day tour in a coach that takes you to exotic locations.

The Paella class was the best part of our trip to Barcelona. Alex is so fun and really knows what he’s doing. Valentina and Cesar were great, too. We drank, we ate, we drank some more. Don’t miss it!

Such a fun evening. Yes, it’s a little expensive, but it’s three hours of cooking, drinking, eating and even dancing.
The evening is so well organised and you genuinely learn as you cook.
Valentina and Melvin were excellent hosts and tutors.
Our fellow cooks were great company - I suspect this is the kind of place that attracts people with a lot of personality and energy.
It would be a great place for a family or group to come to, but even as a couple we felt completely at ease and well looked after.
The paella and the wine were delicious, as was the bread, gazpacho and desserts.
I thoroughly recommend this fabulous experience!
One of the best experiences !!! a must when in Barcelona !! The bottomless wine breaks the ice and the knowledge of all the ingredients and then having the experience of making paella was fun .

This is a super fun class, both entertaining and engaging! The Cava is flowing all class and the chefs (Valentina, Alejandra, and Emily) were great teachers. The paella is fantastic! This is a must do in Barcelona!
We had a great experience with Cierra and the rest of the Paella Club staff. It was a fun and lively group. Cierra kept us laughing, drinking, dancing , and cooking all night. She had great information to impart and made the process simple.

Seriously the most fun tour/experience we’ve ever had. Kiera is the most fun host, her energy was infectious. Our glasses were always full and we actually learnt a lot about paella in a really easy to digest way. At no point did it feel “touristy” but one experience we’ll never forget that’s for sure!
So fun! Don’t miss this. Enjoyed the cooking, the hosts, the new friends! Also purchased the smoked black salt. Game changer.
Its a super high energy fun vibe-like a dance party with a side of paella-the hosts bring it and your wine glass is never empty!
We did this on the last night of a 2 week trip and had such a great experience. The staff has so much energy, we learned a lot, had fun doing it and had a great dinner!
Such a wonderful experience. Instructors were fun and worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure we didn't burn our food or miss any steps! Lots and lots of Cava and wine!!!!
I only wish there was more flavor in them. The only one I really tasted well was the one with truffle oil , bc I mean who can miss truffle flavor. But overall a very very fun night!
