Pack a bag with water, a towel, breakfast if you haven’t already had it, and any drinks you’d like for lunch, then make your way to the meeting point by the marina. The coach journey to the Costa Brava beach takes around 1.5 hours.
It’s a good idea to wear your swimwear under your clothes so you can get out on the water as fast as possible rather than lining up for the restroom. Your guides provide all the other kit you need: kayak, paddle, lifejacket, wetsuit, snorkel, and mask.
Spend about 2–3 hours exploring coves, caves, and secret snorkeling spots, where you may get up close and personal with octopus, barracuda, and shoaling fish.
Then it’s time for lunch on the beach, with deli-style sandwiches plus the drinks you’ve brought. You’ll be back at the meeting point around 8 hours after pickup.

- A good swimming ability is mandatory! Please do not book this tour if you don't have decent swimming ability. Non swimmers will not be allowed on the kayaks and you will not be refunded.
- Please if possible come with your swim wear underneath your clothes so we can get on the water as fast as possible. We are right next to the public beach toilets, however, they are quite small and you'll be in a queue to get in. After the activity it's no problem getting changed there.
- Bring plenty of drinking water and have a good breakfast before coming as lunch is not until after the activity
- Please don't rely on taxis in rushour traffic. Its a big city but has great public transport
- Weight limit of 115 kg - the kayak safety rating
- Not recommended for travelers with severe shoulder or back issues
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

We had such a great experience! It is definitely a must-do if you are visiting Barcelona! Our guide, Henry, was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and engaging for our family.
The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and we loved the extra insight and explanations about the area along the way. It really added to the experience.
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain and something we would absolutely do again!

We had a great time on this trip and would definitely recommend it if you are in Barcelona for a few days. We got taken out about an hour to the Costa Brava coast and really enjoyed some time away from the city.
Tete was our guide who was fab- really friendly and encouraging. We picked up the kayaks, took them to a place for the cliff jump and then did some snorkelling. We saw some great sites and really enjoyed our time.
We finished with lunch which was a sandwich. Only thing I would advise is to take some snacks to complement the sandwich, which can be eaten on the beach after a morning of exercise!

Mateo, did an awesome job today taking us on our Kayak, Snorkel and Cliff Jump adventure. The weather was perfect. The beach was perfect. Even that basic Tuna Sandwhich was great. You get a choice of Turkey or Chorizo as well.
You meet in kind of a random spot in Barcelona, but don’t be concerned. We went with our 12 and 8 year old daughter. This was a great relaxing day about 75 mins east of Barcelona. Have fun. Take a break and have a Cappuccino on the beach after.

It was great time I was able to see the beautiful beaches of costa brava. It was so fun being able to kayak and go cliff jumping. If I had the chance to choose my guide again I would define recommend Ivan as he will take care of you and your experience will not be an hassle.

I had a great time today. I signed up for the big group for reference. We got taken in an air conditioned bus and since there was so many of us got divided into four groups. There was 11 in my group but everyone was great. We started with kayaking, then snorkelling and finally cliff diving. A few points to help if you sign up; I found pool shoes with backs on them really helped as there are some sea urchins, the sand is very hot and climbing up the rocks helps. All in all it was an amazing day and one of my favourite days in my 14 day trip.

It was a wonderful trip. Our guide Chivito was outstanding. He made the day memorable and fun. The kayaking, snorkeling and cliff jumping was all arranged well and there is a nice restaurant close to the beach for drinks after we returned. My girls and I loved this day.

This was our adventure day, and it did not disappoint.
We kayaked along the beautiful Costa Brava coastline, explored sea caves, snorkeled in the Mediterranean, and had the chance to jump from three different cliff heights.
The water was much colder than we expected, so we really appreciated that the crew provided wetsuits and helped everyone get fitted before heading out.
The kayaking was the highlight for us. The coastline is absolutely stunning, and being able to paddle into the openings of the sea caves was a very cool experience. The snorkeling was enjoyable, although we wish that portion had been a little longer since there wasn’t a lot of marine life to see.
The transportation from Barcelona was comfortable and well organized. The meeting point also had a nearby coffee shop, which made it easy to grab breakfast and coffee before the drive. Sandwiches were provided after the tour and were much appreciated after several hours on the water.
Overall, this was a fun, active excursion in an exceptional setting. If you’re looking for a day of adventure and some of the most beautiful scenery on the Costa Brava, this tour is a great choice.

Super fun coastal kayaking, cliff diving, and snorkeling adventure with Marcos. He was timely, professional, and spoke excellent english. They have a secure place to store your belongings, a fridge you can store water in (if you ask nicely 😉), and Marcos takes GoPro pictures and videos for everyone! All you need to bring is a towel (if you want one, you probably won't need it. I didnt.), a change of clothes, a wallet for the snack shack and bar located on the beach, and a good attitude! This was absolutely worth the money. Thanks again, Marcos!

Great time snorkeling and kayaking. Our guide, Mateu, did an excellent job. Even though the day was hot, he suggested we use wet suits because the water would be cold...great call. We were comfortable the whole time and had plenty of time to snorkel and kayak. Gracias Mateu!

The costa brava snorkeling, kayaking and cliff jumping was amazing! Our tour guide Chivito was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend! Be sure to bring water shoes because climbing rocks are painful without. Also bring plenty of drinking water.

It is over an hour to get to the location but it is worth it! Beautiful beach’s and Tom was a wonderful guide. My 14, 18, and 20 year old girls loved the cliff jumping and snorkeling!

Marcos was an outstanding guide and made this one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. He was patient, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire experience. He provided excellent kayaking safety instructions and made everyone feel comfortable and confident on the water.
The transportation from Barcelona to Costa Brava and back was smooth and safe, and we never felt rushed at any point during the tour. Marcos created a relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy the experience.
One of the best parts was seeing my teenager, who had been less enthusiastic about sightseeing in Barcelona, completely light up during the kayaking and snorkeling activities. It ended up being one of our family's favorite memories from the trip.
If you're considering this tour, don't hesitate—it's a fantastic experience and a wonderful way to create lasting memories in Spain!

Marcos was Excelente! We traveled with our two teenagers for this trip. Marcos did a great job noticing right away that we are a fit family that likes a bit of challenge. We had great jumps, some tricky kayaking and fantastic snorkeling- where we even saw an octopus and eel. This was definitely worth the day trip from Barcelona. Thank you, Marcos!

We had rough weather on the day of our tour (LOTS of wind) so it was more of a physical workout than we had intended but it was still a wonderful tour. The meet up spot was easy to find and had a nice coffee shop where we were able to get a croissant and coffee while we waited. The bus was air conditioned and comfortable and about a 90 minute ride. The tour guides were all very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great system in place to get everyone organized and ready for what will happen. The beach itself if basic but serves the needs of the tour. They lock up your personal belongings so they are safe while you are on the water. The restrooms are part of the public beach and are very basic and leave a little to be desired but serve their purpose. I was glad I came in my bathing suit so I didn't have to change onsite. We all took the option to use the wetsuits as it was early June and the water was still very cold. The wind made the paddle out to the end destination really tough, but that's obviously not the fault of the tour. Chevito was our tour guide and he was great with our group. He paddled ahead a bit but I knew he always knew where we were and I never felt unsafe. Most of our group only did the first cliff jump but some of the kids did the second level. No one opted for the highest jump. We saw an octopus and the water so so clear it was really breathtaking. We brought 4 huge waters based on other people recommendations and it was a little overkill. I'd bring water but ours ended up being a pain to lug around. My son used water shoes and was happy to have them but for the first jump, the rest of us didn't need them. The town is cute but was a little less than I had expected based on other reviews. After we had our tour provided sandwiches (which were fine, not exceptional but definitely edible and we all finished ours) we went to a beach restaurant for a drink and app (that's also where I changed out of my suit so I didn't have to use the public restrooms again). Would highly recommend and appreciate that Chevito made it a fun experience for us all!
