We booked a 4-hour private driver experience in Barcelona, and it proved to be an incredibly efficient way to cover major ground in comfort. Our driver arrived right on time directly in front of our hotel and handled the city traffic seamlessly all day. Though guides were unfortunately fully booked for our specific date and time, our driver was more than accommodating when we decided to customize our itinerary on the fly. He took us to every single point of interest we wanted to hit and waited patiently at every stop for as long or as short as we needed, giving us complete flexibility to explore at our own pace. A quick tip for future travelers: If you’re young, mobile, and comfortable navigating, you could easily get around via cabs or rideshares for a fraction of the cost. However, if you want a high-end experience where you can seamlessly hop in and out of your own private van without waiting on transportation, this is worth every penny for the absolute ease and convenience!

This experience was well organized and very informative for exploring the Sagrada Família. An amazing architectural achievement. Our guide provided interesting historical and anecdotal notes that helped enhance our experience. We visited on the early evening in September and the light in the western windows was stunning. Totally recommend you visit with a Viator guide. Our guide made sure the group stayed together and made accommodations for one of our party who needed some assistance to navigate steps and crowds. A highly recommended tour with Ilya. Great views and easy cycling on e-bikes including up to Montjuic. We didn’t want to take a tour that included the busiest spots such as Sagrada Família where we would be going another day. The cycling was very manageable, with a good pace and several stops to take in the views. The steep road up to Montjuic was easy on the good e-bikes. The tour lasted just under 3 hours including a 20 minute refreshment stop at Montjuic Olympic pool. Ilya was mostly a good guide. We saw some of the gothic quarter on our way back to the depot.
