Select your desired start time for your 2-hour tour when you book. Then, meet your friendly guide, put on your provided helmet, and get a safety briefing and orientation session to familiarise yourself with your electric, self-balancing, two-wheeled Segway.
Once you’re ready, set off on your tour behind your guide with the rest of your group. Steer through the picturesque streets below the Acropolis and let your guide lead you into the heart of the old city.
Cruise to Hadrian’s Arch and pause for photos at this ancient Roman gateway as your guide shares fascinating facts about its construction by the Emperor Hadrian in 131 AD.
Continue by the Temple of Zeus, once the largest temple in ancient Greece, and then roll around the Zappeion Garden — a peaceful pocket of lawns and courtyards that adjoin the National Garden.
Come to a stop outside the Old Parliament House, where the Greek Parliament sat between 1875 and 1932; and gaze at the Presidential Mansion, the official residence of Greece’s president and the country's former royal palace.
Last but not least, ride on to the Panathinaikos, the stadium that played host to the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Take in the views of the 60,000-seater stadium as your guide recounts how it was built from marble and with the excavated remnants of an ancient Greek stadium. Having explored Athens’ city highlights, glide back to the start point where your tour finishes.

Was a lot of fun and we saw so much in a few hours! Only comment would be if the tour guide could speak a little louder but she was extremely knowledgeable and nice!

They were really helpful and patient for first time riders. Great experience and highly recommend doing the first day you are in Athens. Quick way to see a lot of sites and get your bearings.

No one told us the tour starts at the Segway store. A really nice Greek lady called the # provided and walked us to the location. Once we arrived the group had left. Fabio who was about to get off work volenteered to take us on a private tour. We had so much fun seeing Athens by Segway.Thanks Fabio

Fantastic time. This was the first time we have ever done the Segways. At the start, they teach you how to use them, I must admit, I didn't think my wife was going to be able to do it, but the instructor / tour guide took her out one more time and the we were on our way, by the end of the tour, my wife wanted to buy one. It was so good, cruising around Athens, going to the markets, past the Acropolis, in the park and many more places. We are now planing to do this everywhere we travel, have a go.

Did the Segway Tour in Athens. Eric was our guide he was fantastic My daughter had difficulty with the Segway Eric waspatient and kind and assisted her so she could stay on the Tour. Excellent !!!

1st ever try at a Segway tour, and to say we were pleased is an understatement. The guide was informative, the learning curve for a Segway very simple and the family enjoyed. As we were in Athens for only 8hrs, this was a great way to see the sites and not over heat, it was 39 Deg. Great time by all, would recommend. thank you Paul, Julie and Charlotte

This was a wonderful tour! We had SO much fun on the Segways and felt well trained and safe. Our guide Alex? was charming and funny and showed us some really neat sights around town. We had toured Athens the day before with a driver and worried it may be a repeat of sights, but it wasn't! He took us places a driver couldn't go. Highly recommended, especially if you have teens along...they LOVED it!

Due to hiccups with transport I missed this tour :- was to be after lunch trip but slept in a little long, Hop On Hop Off bus late leaving the cruise terminal, I got lost in Plaka and missed tour by about 10 mins. Next one would have meant missing bus back to terminal so cut my losses and went over to next HOHO bus route only to find routes shutdown due to road cycle event and no idea when back to normal :-
Anyway made up for missed Segway in Athens by doing one in Barcelona fortnight later, rank amateur but an absolute blast!!!! So next time in Athens - get up early and don't miss it! If anything like Barcelona Ill give this a potential 5 just in anticipation :-

Great way to see the city of Athens when you don't have much time. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and for each site we visited she shared the history. We only had one day in Athens and between this tour and a visit to the Acropolis we felt we had the best Athens experience.

Oh my god I loved this! I had never been on a Segway before but they made it so easy! The tour ended up just being my daughter and I and it was great. Our guide answered all of our questions and showed us the historical and modern sites of Athens.

Fantastic. Highly recommend. Our guide was fabulous and so informative. Was a bit nervous about riding the Segway as I hadn't done it before but after 10 minhutes was hooting about everywhere. Really enjoyable way to get about and saves your legs if you've been already doing alot of walking on your holiday.

Our guide was very informative and friendly and we stopped off at quite a few spots. The only issue was that we weren't able to enter any of the most popular spots, even if we paid for the tickets ourselves, which made the trip fun, but a tad useless if you wanted to check things out up close.

A wonderful experience. Dimitra our guide was professional, polite and knowledgeable. The tour itself showed us many interesting sites with the opportunity to stop and take photographs. The only thing that would have made it better would have been headsets so that we could have heard Dimitra's commentaries better.
I definitely recommend the tour.

What an enjoyable and fun way to see Athens! Having never used a Segway before, the tour started with a training session on its operation. It is a little bit more difficult than one would think, but after a few minutes we had it down and were ready to go. Our tour guide, whose name escapes me she was originally from Finland was wonderful and very helpful and patient during our training. We went around the perimeter of the Acropolis with a few stops along the way for photos. We also went through lively market towards the end and we enjoyed the entire experience. Much more fun than walking!!

A fun way to see parts of Athens. Didn't really take us up close to the Parthenon, could isn't see it from a far distance so we had to reserve extra time to do that ourselves.

This tour was amazing. Not to mention very fun riding the Segways. Guides give you a quick training session and are knowlagable about the sites. You see all the major sites in Athens minus going up the Acropolis that would be interesting on Segway!.
