I had the booking in my apple wallet, wasn’t allowed entrance, they wanted an email, which I couldn’t obtain, voucher came to late I spent $140. Plus Taxi $33. I’m very disappointed in Viator!!! Was really looking forward to the experience

It can be crowded, noisy and there are numerous visitors who want to get a close up photo of paintings and sketches. Screw your courage to the wall and be prepared for the photography visitors who have no hesitation to stand their ground in front of a painting until they have the perfect shot captured in their camera, smart phone or whatever. It can be disconcerting, even a bit maddening, to witness a seriatim stream of photo-takers lining up to get their photo. A few will invade your space in their attempt to get a photo. A second thought is to pace yourself. This is a large museum on multiple floors. Trying to see the Van Gogh works displayed in an hour or two is frustrating. Taking a break to check out the offerings in the museum shops, or resting your feet for a while in the museum cafe, make this museum tour more enjoyable. This is an awesome collection of art. With enough time and patience, it can be an incredible experience.
