Very pleasant, enjoyed the sights and information about Amsterdam. The wine was topped up regularly. We wasn’t keen on the cheeses provided. Staff were brilliant.

Nice, enclosed boat with endless wine and excellent cheeses. There was some narration, but it would have been nice to have a bit more. However, what we had was excellent, although hard to hear at times because of other clients very loud conversations (after endless wine!).

Very fun wish I could have heard the commentary and historical info that was being given. Fortunately, there was a local at our table who was very knowledgeable. Lots of fun. No sunset as it was cloudy but it was great!

Although the drinks were topped up regulary, there was one tiny board with cubes of cheese and 4 little crackers, there were no nuts and other snacks as it said in the itenary and was not replenished so eat before you go. The cruise was late going and we didn't get an hour and a half as stated and no information about Amsterdam hardly on the trip. All in all, was quite disappointed if I'm being honest.

Brilliant experience - the boat set-up was much more romantic / personal than others I’ve seen where you’re sat in a big circle with everyone, really nice to get your own table. The host was really funny and informative, always kept our glasses topped up - great value for money!

This was nothing more than a party cruise for young people who like loud music and drink CHEAP WINE! What a deceiving description when first purchased! The boat was nothing like the photos represented. There was no speaking during the tour from the captain, so we had no clue what we were looking at. The bathroom was filthy and the windows were foggy so we couldn’t even see what we were looking at, but it didn’t matter because we didn’t know what we were looking at. If you are looking for a boat ride down the canal in a stuffed cabin and don’t mind one star accommodations. This trip is for you. I will be cautious to use via tour in the future.

We were eagerly greeted to our prepared tables. The wine glasses were never empty and the cheese & crackers were perfect. The guide/server shared interesting info of the city. Only negative is that Viator charged me over $40 per ticket and they were offering the ticket for $29 at the dock. Kinda felt bad.

We arrived at the dock in dure need of restrooms and the captain showed us where to go before we'd even checked in for our cruise! The guide was knowledge and funny, which provided for an incredibly enjoyable experience! And the wine steward was prompt with keeping our glasses full.

A lot of money for a little plate with 3 cheeses, no refiell of the cheeses only of the wine. If you want to get massively drunk with all you can drink wine this is the cruise for you but if you want to have a nice experience with cheese and wine choose another one.

The tour combined lots of new foods and drinks with information about Amsterdam and its history. Our excellent guide and a fun group made it a great experience. I particularly enjoyed getting to know each other as we sat around a large table for an hour at our last stop.
