While we did enjoy most of the museum we found some of the content in correctly titled and the audio visual in need of an update with some listening devices broken

Difficulties to get the tickets/QR codes

Nice but not exciting. Since an appointment was required i was expecting a personal tour with live demonstration of cutting or setting. Instead it was a movie or written explanation of the displayed tools. The collection of crowns was amazing however. The selection of gift items was limited.

Enjoy the tour and love the history but the fun part was the diamond heist game, was great fun.Also added in another building showing how diamonds were polish.Very good activity.

They never emailed me the scan code to enter so It took us 30 mins for the person to try find us in his system. He told us we were in the wrong place and go up the street to the warehouse diamond museum. He was wrong we were at the right place the 1st time. He finally just let us in. Once in it was extremely hot with no ventilation. For a diamond museum this place was cheap! Highly underwhelming! It was terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
