Fun way to see Amsterdam! Red was a great tour guide! Kind and knowledgeable of historical information. The bikes are fun, but definitely be on your A game, paying attention to all of the cars and bikes at different crossings. So glad we did this tour and experienced Amsterdam like a local on a bicycle!

Shop staff off-hand. Not a small group. We did neighborhoods but I must have missed the gems. As the group was not small we had to wait for people to catch up after making manouvers. There was a 25 min break in the middle of the tour. Could have been so much better and could have dome a lot more with the time.

Mona, the tour guide was an excellent teacher. It was like learning from a professor and
a local at the same time. Watch out for bikers though. A lot of the local riders ride like crazy and they don't care that you're just an occasional cyclist. It gave us a great overview of Amsterdam. For those who don't know where to go, this is a great starting point. Bring water, enough sleep and energy. The hills are not so easy after 1.5 hrs of biking and you still have 1.5 hrs to go!

An excellent tour of the historic centre and parks. The guide was well-informed and full of stories, and the stops along the way were welcome so we could learn more of the history of Amsterdam and have a short rest. Not recommended for young children as it’s about 15 km, otherwise a great way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommended.

We paid full price in advance, but when we came to the meeting place, they said they can't locate our reservation and we had to pay full price on spot. This is very confusing and disappointing. Waiting for the refund.

I booked a electric bike and was told there wasn't any and obviously very disappointed and if I had known I would not have booked with them asI wanted that experience. They did give me a refund in cash straight away, so that was good. Our tour guide David the student was excellent and really did a great job at given us historical info. I would give him a five star but the company and the let down with the electric bikes is why I give a 3 star. If you don't care about having an electric bike, then go ahead and book. The location to find them is easy.

Sometimes and especially in busy days like weekends and when you book last minute just the day before, we can be sold out on e-bikes due to the big demand. In this case, we refund the e-bike fully like in your case, and give a regular bike or ask even that you get a complete refund. We are aware of this problem and we are working together with Viator on blocking the e-bikes in our system when we are sold out. I am very happy though that you had further a nice tour.

we booked a last minute tour ( day before) to see the sights of the city. there are tons of biking tours in Amsterdam but we booked with this company because it shows they have E-bikes. surprise on arrival they dont have E bikes and blamed it on an issue and knew we booked thru Viator. My issue is this felt like a bait and switch as i was offered a standard bike or full refund for tour ( keep in mind only 1 Ebike on property and not near any other tour groups). they seemed not organized and you couldnt hear the tour guide. i do recommend biking to anyone visiting the area as its part of the culture but do the research.

Wonderful way to see Amsterdam! Definitely a bike city. Anticipate 10-12 riders and ability to dodge pedestrians. Not everyone In Amsterdam respects the rule of bikes having right of way. There are some small hills and approximately 10 miles with frequent stops.
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and caring that everyone was safe and enjoying their experience.

One of the best experience I had. As mentioned in booking I reached the staring point well before time and ride started exactly on time and ended at the same time as mentioned in booking. The tour guide was polite , active and has in depth knowledge of the city. We went to all parts of the city. Best part was the Vondel Park in the city during our cycle ride.

Had a great time, only down side was that our tour guide was in an accident the day of so we did the tour in English rather than German. Your was great though and we had a great time. I would suggest the company invest in infant seats and helmets, as the seat/helmet they had for us was toddler size and a bit to big for our 1 year old.

Lots of fun, all levels and e-bikes available. The guide was knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and fun. Cycle from centraal station and hit all the highlights and neighborhoods. Made cycling through busy city center less intimidating.

Very cool experience. The tour guide is very nice and knows his subject (Amsterdam). Not fond of the bikes (not adapted for long trips) but I think all of Amsterdam's bikes are like this.

Me and my wife arrived to the meeting spot and were the only ones there. We were scared there wont be a tour since it was only the 2 of us but the tour guide Rad said no waaaayand took us on an amazing friendly tour of the city, we had coffee and snacks together and talked a lot and spent 3 hours together.
Anyone who wants to see the city in a nice manner and have a good time you should deffinetly use this agency and especially this tour guide!

Our tour guide Red gave us a very informed tour of areas of Amsterdam. We had walked round Central Station & Dam Square area and had been disappointed. The tour showed us some lovely historic and cultural areas of Amsterdam. The bikes were sturdy and in good mechanical condition. We were provided with rain coats due to the poor weather. We can recommend hiring bikes or taking a bike tour with this organisation. Recommended if you arrive by car to reboot your car park according to website.
