Scary driver

The driver of the pick up van was extremely nice gentleman. My concern with the trip was it was a 40 minute drive to the destination and one which was terrifying. The gentleman was a elderly gentleman late 60s perhaps I’m not sure but he did not have very good control of the vehicle and drove recklessly up the mountain, and through the windy roads there was a vehicle in front of us in which was taking their time. Our driver became very impatient and was tailgating them and had to slam on the brakes several times to avoid from colliding into them, I just wanna bring it to the attention that I don’t think that the driver should be transporting individuals and putting their life at risk there were many moments on the commute, where all of the passengers looked around at each other out of fear

Your comment to our driver it's inappropriate and not true, (is this the reason you didn't told us nothing in person?) and... today there was no wind at all by the way... he drives from many years on this job with a proper D driver commercial permission and his age it's only a guarantee of big experience. Among 16 peoples on the bus you're the only one complaining about his driving skills, the others at the end of the tour gave him a nice tip and many thanks... Anyway this complain is not a reason to ask a full refund as you did and we rejected through VIATOR. Next time speak in person with the company owner and search for explanations and/or refund directly if is due or not, before file to VIATOR

Great way to see a remarkable waterfall within easy travel time from Akureyri! Our tour guide and driver, Lenlo, was personable and knowledgeable. As well as delivering us to the falls and back quickly and safely, his commentary on the scenery and history surrounding Godafoss added greatly to our tour experience. As a bonus, Lenlo explained about the Akureyri Botanical Gardens and dropped us off there at the end of the tour. The Gardens were enchanting and the perfect end to a great tour experience! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who has a few hours to explore these sights around Akureyri!G

This is a great tour to see Godafoss. Raffaele was a great guide, telling us all about interesting Iceland facts. We chose to get dropped off at the botanical gardens and walked back to the cruise terminal through town. Super easy walk from the cruise ship to the meeting point, too!

Disappointing experience

We were supposed to board at 1300, boarded at 1345. There was no notification of this. The driver was a hard breaker. We were told we had an hr at the falls, but was told at most we had 45 because they were running behind. The driver never offered other drop off locations. Never again. Guess this is how non ship excursions are. Very disappointed i wasted this money on this Viator business.

The meeting place "cruise terminal" was ambiguous. There were two terminals, which was not recognisable to us because the second ship only came later. Departure was 20 minutes late. Almost the entire minibus had to change again because the Italian tour guide wanted an all-Italian group. Our English guide was wordless. Round trip took 30 minutes each, at the waterfall we had 1 hour, so after 2 hours everything was over. Booked the same trip with the same Enterprise (in the wooden cottage in front of the port) would have cost only €50 instead of €80. This is Nepp at his finest!
