It's a good experience...
It's a good experience for wine -naives and connoisseurs. The atmosphere is light, informative, and fun in general. Anthony is hillarious and a great driver/ tour guide/ photographer. The choice of wineries are spot on. I took my aunt who had wine tasting in Italy, could not stop talking about how much she enjoyed this one way better. She was so happy. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Tour, Knowledgeable Guide, and Plenty of Time at Every Stop!
This tour was well organized from start to finish, with clear instructions and plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed.
Our tour guide was incredibly friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. The only minor downside was that the reminder about tipping was mentioned quite frequently, which became a bit repetitive. However, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
Overall, this was an excellent tour, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Escape from Alcatraz
The self-guided audio tour is the standout feature, narrated by former inmates and guards, which visitors describe as "immersive," "chilling," and "powerful." This audio guide allows for a flexible pace and is widely credited with bringing the prison's history to life. The ferry ride from Pier 33 offers scenic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and city skyline, enhancing the overall experience.

Great Tour
Excellent way to spend a few hours in the SF area.
The park is very accessible for all levels & ages. Trails are functional for strollers & even wheelchairs.
The town across the Bay afterwards is a wonderful spot to get a bite to eat or explore the shops
Our guide was great.

Great half morning tour
A super way to explore San Francisco and the surrounding area. Peter was the perfect guide- very knowledgable and considerate, starting us early to avoid the crowds really worked and we saw few extra sights along the way too. The walk through Muir Wood was peaceful and Sausalito was lovely tourist stop too with great views. Thank you Peter!

Small Group, Big Highlights
This tour was the perfect introduction to San Francisco! It gives you a great overview of the city by driving past many of the iconic landmarks in just a few hours, making it easy to decide where you want to come back and explore later.
My tour guide was fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun facts, local tips, and recommendations that made the experience even better. I also loved that the group was small (about 8 people in the van), which made it easy to ask questions and actually see everything without feeling crowded.
The three photo stops are short, but they’re at excellent viewpoints and perfect for getting some Instagram-worthy pictures.
As a solo traveler, I honestly can’t recommend this tour enough. You get an incredible amount of value for the price, and it’s a great way to get your bearings before exploring the city on your own. I’d recommend keeping notes of the places and recommendations your guide mentions so you can revisit them later.
One thing that really stood out was the customer service. My original booking didn’t meet the minimum group size, so I was moved to a different tour. Unfortunately, that caused me to arrive late, but the guide was incredibly gracious and made me feel welcome without any hassle.
Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or as a family, I’d absolutely recommend this tour. It’s one of the best ways to kick off a trip to San Francisco.

Great intro to area wineries with a few bonus stops!
This was a very good tour for the price. After being picked up at our hotel, we stopped at a lookout point to take photos, then on to the first winery in Sonoma which took about an hour to get there. It was the Jacuzzi family winery which specializes in varietals from Italy and we tried three wines and toured the property and learned about winemaking and the family. Afterward, there was an opportunity to taste olive oil and balsamic vinegars in their shop and purchase products and wine. Then we stopped for lunch in Sonoma. There were lots of options to choose from and with 1.5 hours, plenty of time to eat without feeling rushed. Our guide, Ron, gave excellent suggestions. We chose Della Santina and were happy we did. Then it was back in the van to head to Napa and the second winery which was Artes, a more modern, larger winery with sweeping views of the Napa Valley. The original family that started that winery came from Spain, so many of the varietals were Spanish and it was interesting to see how a large operation and small operation vary along with how the different wines taste -- we tried four wines here. Rick, our guide at Artes, was also terrific. Afterward, we headed back to the city with a stop in Battery Spencer park to take photos of the Golden Gate Bridge. This was a really nice addition as it was incredibly crowded and an uber/taxi to go up there from the hotel would've likely cost as much as the entire tour given how long we sat in traffic. We got great pics! Then we were dropped off at the front door of our hotel in time for dinner.

Great tour guide
Our tour guide was Glenda. She was charming, detailed oriented, accommodating and not once did she complain even when she was dealing with traffic jam coming back into the city. She really went above and beyond. Now, the tour itself worth the drive, the views were phenomenal and beyond what words can describe.

Great for families of teens!
If you are adding the Alcatraz tour, this is a full day of touring. We took our bended family with 4 teenagers and everyone loved it! A good variety of things to see and the tour guide was knowledgeable about the area and many additional details about the city and facts on the area.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
A small peninsula in the middle of the California coast, San Francisco makes a strategic base camp for exploring Northern California and the Central Coast. See some of the Golden State's most iconic attractions by embarking on guided day trips from San Francisco, traveling to such destinations as California's wine country, redwood forests, national parks, and the coastal cities of Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Not only do these tours take care of all the planning and driving, but they can include packages with wine tastings, lunch, and dinners. Some even combine trips to two, three, or more attractions in one day.
