All Albuquerque Tours & Excursions in 2026

We went on a one hour morning hot air balloon ride with Four Corners Balloon Rides! It was an amazing experience - Even better than we anticipated for our first ever ride!! We expected bumps and choppiness. Several of us who get “car sick” even took Dramamine, anticipating roughness!! NOT NEEDED! It was a delightfully smooth, calm ride! We watched the sun rise, encountered many beautiful sights and sounds of Albuquerque. We rode during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and loved seeing many other balloons join us in the blue sky! Our “basket” held 12 people comfortably and was roomy enough to take all the pictures we wanted. Our pilot , Jonathan, was experienced, personable and “spirited”! He was serious about his responsibilities as balloon pilot. Yet very friendly, funny and made us feel at ease! At the conclusion of the ride, we were treated to a champagne toast which is a tradition that typically follows a safe ride!! It was the perfect ending to a “once in a lifetime” experience! Thank you, Four Corners, for a beautiful memory!!

My wife and I really enjoyed the ABQ Trolley tour. This is a great way for first time Albuquerque visitors like us to get an overview of the city. The tour guide was excellent and had a wealth of information to share. The tour is two hours long and does not stop. So, I would recommend using the restroom before starting the tour. The tour covered a large area of Albuquerque including the University of New Mexico campus. Rain fell during the tour but the trolley used vinyl coverings to keep everyone dry and comfortable. I would highly recommend this tour. The price of this tour (approx. $35.00) was very reasonable.

Fantastic experience and that’s saying a lot for a person who is afraid of heights. 😃 We were lucky enough to ride with Justin, co-owner of Elevated New Mexico. The entire experience was very well coordinated. They were communicative leading up to our ride. They let us know what to expect all the way up to take off. They sent text messages the night before to ensure we knew about weather updates that may occur and were just the best. The flight itself was amazing. I am afraid of heights. Justin put me at ease with his attention to detail and his methodical approach to the flight. He is personable as well. The ground crew, which included his wife Keisha, were well choreographed and a pleasure.
