Raccoon island was so cute! They love people and are quite tame! The boat guides will tell you not to feed the raccoons, but they LOVE to be fed! They also enjoy fresh water. Sooo the initial part of getting to the address was very sketchy. You had to go down a dark very bumpy road with no lights. This creeped us out. The good thing is Destiny was attentive at responding to the text messages. After arriving in a secluded parking lot you had to wait for someone to get you in a golf cart. Once we made it to where the ATVs were, we had a blast driving at night! There were many workers who drove by you so you feel safe. Prepared to get muddy as it is off roading and you have a lot pot holes with water. It was such an adventure!!
