Great half day trip

Our guide Omer was so knowledgable and gave us a great insight to the history of the area. We found a half day tour a perfect amount of time, choosing the 2.30pm start so we could enjoy a relaxed morning. We were lucky to have a clear day with perfect views and there was enough to see around Pena Park without having to do a full palace tour (the architecture is stunning). The walk up to the palace wasn’t as steep as we’d imagined - as long as you’re reasonably fit with no mobility issues it’s fine (and there’s a shuttle bus up and down if you feel you can’t manage it). Omer was a stand-out guide, making this a trip to remember.

Excellent team!

Our guide Edwarda was excellent! And our driver handled to tight roads and switchback turns with impressive ease. They made an impressive team and I was very grateful for their professionalism and expertise. My only issue was that the Lisbon marathon was on, which impacted access to the coast, I feel your company should have know about that and told your staff. They did not know about it and I feel that was your failing not theirs.

There was confusion on...

There was confusion on the timing of the tour. My ticket showed a lot more time & coveted more of the city. The PDF didn’t have length of the tour. My online ticket did. As a result, the tour was not as long as I expected. There was also a marathon in Lisbon which had many roads closed & lots of traffic. Our driver did the best he could with the circumstances. He was very knowledgeable & provided a very good tour. The problem was Viator. I thought we were getting a 3 hour tour. The driver said it was 1.5 hours. In the end it was 2 hours due to the traffic. Viator should be more clear in their timing of the tour. I’m disappointed with Viator, not the driver since he was stuck in the middle.

Wonderful Private Tour of Sintra with Francisco!

We had a fantastic private tour of Sintra with Francisco! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, sharing fascinating information about the history, culture, and beautiful sights of the area. I have mobility limitations and use a SmartScoot mobility scooter, and Francisco was incredibly accommodating, patient, and attentive to my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the day and helped make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. The private vehicle was very comfortable, which made traveling between the different sights a pleasure. One of the highlights of our day was visiting the magnificent Pena Palace. It was absolutely breathtaking! The beautiful architecture, vibrant colors, and spectacular surroundings made it a truly memorable experience. Francisco’s knowledge and explanations made our visit even more interesting and enjoyable. We especially appreciated Francisco’s kindness, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate my mobility needs. He made sure we had a wonderful experience without feeling rushed. We highly recommend this private tour, especially with Francisco as your guide! It was a fantastic day exploring Sintra and one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Portugal!

Great time - would reccomend

We had a great time on this 2-hour cruise in Lisbon. The crew was excellent, and the captain was especially friendly and welcoming throughout the trip. It was a fantastic way to see the city from a completely different perspective, with beautiful views and a very relaxed atmosphere. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish and ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Lisbon. Highly recommend it!

Our trip to the Pena Palace and Regaleira was outstanding. Daigo was a great guide. He picked us up on time and drove to each of the locations with ease. He provided quality historical information as we drove. Daigo walked us through both properties. It was amazing. He knew all of the staff working the gates at each location. The “skip the line” tour was certainly worth our while. Saved us a lot of time waiting. We simply followed Daigo and he did all of the work. He knew the ins and outs of each property. He shared interesting details of each room that we toured. In between properties, we had plenty of time for some lunch and a little shopping. We were driven back to our hotel at the end of the tour.

José was an amazing Guide

Jose was extremely friendly and hilarious constantly cracking jokes and making the whole situation feel light and fun. As a solo traveller it can feel awards being alone but Jose made an effort to make conversation and touch base with everyone throughout the whole trip. 3 hours flew by. Absolutely amazing experience and highly recommend. Walking was to a very minimum if anyone is worried about distance, it was very minor walking distances and spent most of the time talking and eating at the restaurants.

Porto with a twist!

We left at 7:30 to head to Porto. Our first stop Obidos was not busy at all We walked the fort walls which was a bit scary for me. A lot of stores were not open yet. 2nd stop was Aveiro which we did a ride on the boat. It was $15 dollars each. Then we headed to Porto which was amazing. Not worth the $700. I could have taken a train. Great memories
