Excellent trip. Frank was an amazing tour guide. They had to change the itinerary due to a closure of the planned trip location. But the tour company made sure to come up with a new plan for the tour. Frank made sure the tour was smooth and informative. Never rushed during the tour. We throughly enjoyed the tour. Highly recommended to families with small kids.

A fun, personalized private tour

since it was a private tour, we were able to somehow run at our own time (stay longer at a site where we like and even stop anytime wherever we want to for picture taking). Also, Dan was very accommodating and patient with us. He was very flexible coz when he learned that we would have a Portage Glacier tour the following day, he adjusted the tour schedule and we went to Virgin Creek instead for a short walking trail to see a waterfall.

I think you confused us with another tour that you saw. We don't have any Aurora viewing tours and the aurora (Northern Lights) is not mentioned anywhere in our tour descriptions. Seeing the Aurora isn't possible in the middle of summer anyways since the sun is still up at 10 pm. The program of the Ultimate Turnagain Arm Full Day tour is from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm which was precisely the duration of your tour. Thanks.
