Top Denver Day Trips

Brian arranged a great day trip to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. He provided intelligent and entertaining commentary throughout the day. I especially liked the drive through Manitou Springs and wished we'd had time to spend a few hours there. We also enjoyed the picnic lunch, and appreciated that there were only eight people in the tour group instead of dozens. Thanks!

Got moved from Rocky Mountains to pikes peak and garden of gods due to low numbers. It was honestly an amazing experience I was dreading it. But the whole day turned out to be so much fun. Obviously all thanks to our guide, what an amazing job. Thankyou

I loved the aspired tours guided hike. The tour guide pcikendusnup from Union Station and we went to Estes Park and got a break before entering. He was very personable about his connection to the parks, an avid hiker and loved everything out doors. It was great to get up close to nature and hike through the woods to see a few peaks especially Longs Peak and part OF Mt. MEEKER IN DISTANCE AND THE ROUTE TO THE LAKE. OUR START AT BARISTADT took us up straight and explained everything about what we will encounter and do. Our lunch was provided and midnful.of dietary snd was really cool.to talk to. He was honest about not being able.to always see big nature like moose, elk, or any of the big ones such as a bear. But we saw wildlife such as chipmunks, blue Jay's, a deer, and some little ones which was great. The Lilly ponds at the lake was another stop we enjoyed before continuing up. Overall great informative as md active hike and recommend anyone on first time to this park to experience the beauty of one America's many treasures.

I am giving this a 5 star review as my family and I visited these locations privately and they are beautiful. Please be aware that altitude sickness is a real thing, my daughter suffered it and we had to miss the actual tour. I suggest leaving a few days before before the booking to recover if you arrive into Denver from lower altitudes. The tour operator however had no sympathy for this and refused to move my booking or refund me anything, which under the circumstances was quite disappointing. 5 stsr review for what you'll see, 2 star for the unsympathetic tour operators.

Christen, with Colorado sightseer, was absolutely wonderful! Incredible knowledge and information shared in a fun, conversational way. She knew everyone's names, needs (if any) and a bit about them very early on, which made the day even more personal. Christen offered additional information on things to do and dinner suggestions for Denver. She also went above and beyond with helping with different individual needs, mine being many questions about a Red Rocks concert attendance! I would HIGHLY recommend this tour company, and will happily book future tours with Colorado Sightseer when we return to Denver!!

So grateful to have been able to book this tour last minute after another with a different company cancelled the day before. Alex was a friendly and knowledgeable guide that gave us plenty of time to explore on our own at each stop, and I appreciated the free history lessons in between. Truly a great value and definitely recommend!!

Our tour guide Ben was very knowledgeable, sharing lots of information about sites along the way. The tour was fantastic with stops that were well thought out with the appropriate amount of time at each one. The views were spectacular. I would highly recommend this tour.

Hans, our tour guide, was a retired school teacher. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He frequently checked in to make sure everyone in the tour group was having fun, comfortable, and take care of. The tour was fantastic, the mine and panning for gold were wonderful as well. Definitely a must-do for anyone even tangentially interested in history, geology, or learning about the state!
